Which organization was that which recognized the role of BA and had a lot of them? May be it is the organization, us entry level BAs should start with.

In every local area, there tend to be a few organizations like this. Search for the job titles for entry-level / junior BA and you will find them. Be aware, they are typically hiring for recent college grads, so if you have some experience you have a better chance of identifying transferrable skills and applying for mid-level business analyst roles.
