Good review. I bought two of them to entertain my grandkids and my self. Accuracy is difficult, but it is a a beautiful replica and I do use it for training. Cheaper than going to the range.
Charles, I love your sense of humor! Even when your reviewing a not so great pistol as this, you make watching informative and very entertaining👍👍👍 Keep up the great work!
I take a plastic straw(which fits perfectly into a Umarex BB container) and fill it with BBs, then load the magazine from the straw. It's much more efficient.
Hi Charles great review as ever thank you.following your previous advice I now have a selection of co2 BB only pistol and you were correct they are a lot of fun to own and shoot, look forward to your next review.
Hey Charles, great review of that PPK. The retail price in the UK where I live is the lowest at $117 !! Now you know the meaning of RIPOFF Britain. Cheers
I got the original one with wing nut sticking out at bottom of grip and also has faux suppressor. I use it to shoot out SNAILS 🐌 crawling up my fence eating my veggie planter. FUN FUN FUN
@moister than an oyster noooooooooo!!!! Please go back to shooting snails because pidgeons mate for life and they seriously grieve the rest of their life for their mate. Every time I see pidgeons or turtle doves I think about how people shoot them when they mean so much to each other so please don't shoot them because of me. I am not joking like it really does bother me so tell me your going to shoot inanimate objects instead even if you're lying to me. Target practice doesn't have to mean killing the husband/wife of something. 😤😭
Thanks Charles that's a good video, I think you're right it is a blast to shoot and shoot and shoot even if you're only getting 300 feet per second out of it. Also a quick tip, for mine I've had two one with the butterfly on the bottom and one without, but I took a regular straw that you can buy in the grocery store in 50 packs and it's easier if you get the ones that are a little skinnier than like fast-food ones. Cut about a third of it off and bend the very end and tape it off and then just pour your BB's into that or just shove it up into the BB box a few times until you get 18 or 20 in it and then just hold the lever down with your left thumb and pour them right in. it takes about 5 Seconds to load them. There's also a video out there by balconio1172 who figured out a way to increase the slide pressure to make it feel a bit firmer I don't have a link but I'm sure if you go to his channel you'll find it. Thanks again for the video. All due credits and thanks to balconio1172.
@@25thHourRadioShow hi, I'm not sure if your question was directed at me personally but if so, I haven't done mine yet, so I don't recall what he said on his video, but if you look at Balconio 1172, he is the one who has the video on his channel and does, I'm pretty sure, identify what type of spring he used. As I recall it was something fairly common to find in a big box store. I'm actually going to have to go over there and look myself now cuz I want to go ahead and get mine done. It's getting a little chilly outside, so it's time for some indoor shooting. And if you don't already have one and want to shoot indoors "safely", several companies make a nice BB and pellet Target with a ballistic flap inside that keeps anything from going through it. Of course you have to make sure you hit the target, as we all miss occasionally and BB's aren't always terribly accurate, I would put it in front of some inconsequential safe backstop or something. I hope that helps. Good luck and I'd love to hear how it turns out and what you wind up doing.
These have been around for a while. I got one from my dad like 14 years ago when I was in my late teens. I still have it, though it needs work, I should see if parts are available and rebuild it someday. Like you said, inaccurate but a lot of fun to shoot. Very good weight too.
Got one, love it, wish there was apellet version in 22 cal, super detractor, face full of those bbs , i do find many bbs are undersized to 177, just roll out the barrel.
Price went up but not much great gun very fun love the compact aspect of it spring is annoying along with the key you have to use to tighten the c02 but the design is great and it’s a reliable plinker for practice 👍🏻
Must get. The real ones lol always bit me. Good viewing as always & who can we ask to introduce a Luger Karabiner, with stock & all . Seems simple, right ?
Bought one of these and the trigger guard pulls down to allow slide removal but in the older ones I've see on YT you had to knock a pin out first. I'm wondering if mine is missing the pin or if the later model didn't have one. Any help much appreciated.
Some newer ones have the pin on the trigger guard (at least mine did). I knocked the pin out with a punch and a hammer. Make sure you have the gun facing toward the right with the "chamber" facing upward. Also don't expect the "finish" to hold up very well since I think it's just painted on. All and all though, it's been a good practice gun for close range backyard plinking.
i have ownes 2 of these guns ...the first one suffered from the magazine split being plastic ...the later iteration seems worse ...i wouldnt reccomend buying this gun as lovely as it feels .the plastic mags just arnt up to 15 rounds ....if you do get one i would suggest a max of 10 to stop the magazine if you dont want it to sp;it and shoot out the bbs and the spring...such a shame for such a nice gun
Should i buy this or should i go for the p38 or the newest walther pps m2? All are in the same price range for me help im i love walthers i even shoot with a ppk in 22lr wich is fun but also want a co2 version of one if these guns please help
i recently picked one of these up and after 2500 shots it's still accurate enough to shoot the bottle cap off a soda bottle from 30 feet. Also shot some Hornady Black Diamonds and I haven't chrono'd it but I swear they're exceeding 295 fps....maybe not by much but they sure do hit with some authority.
If you understand it’s short comings it’s great ! like not very accurate doesn’t shoot very far so what’s up well I have got up to 7 clips and all shots with blow back no cheating . It did take a while of shooting it before it started to do that well and improved accuracy if you shoot fairly close up you my love this gun . A blast to shoot nice blow back. ✌️ out..
REST IN PEACE CHARLES ! Plink the Cans in Heaven !

The speed of smell! Lol! Great review
loss for words
Half the speed of smell! Lol! Love Charles and this review! This is one of my fave pistols! Not real accurate, but the blow back is great!

M Ja please stop shooting animals. Relocate them or something. Snails have feeling too!!!,🐌

You also get alot more shots out of each cartridge! The blowback is the best part of the gun tho!
What type of springs did you buy to replace the original or which type did you use to place over the original?

@@donglover7999 Send me an email and I'll show you what I made yesterday robfairless@gmail.com as far as an indoor/outdoor target

the older we get the more fun things from our youth seem to be
$39??? It costs $130 in Canada.
Have you ever tried to use a straw or an old clear pen,. Works great for me.
For what
Hey Charles. You had some fun today shooting. We may forget that is what plinking is all about. Great video. Keep em coming.
will do
Tks Charles ❤️

Just placed an order for mine, nice review man. Cheers

Thanks for sharing. What is the other one you have that’s better?
Must get. The real ones lol always bit me. Good viewing as always & who can we ask to introduce a Luger Karabiner, with stock & all . Seems simple, right ?
any thing is possible. 104 on the bite of the real mcoy.
Hey Charles great video, but what shelf can I find one on other than online

I can't be the only one who thought he would say his name is Charles bond. I have one of these it's awesome.
ha next time just for you
backyard plinking haha! YES!!
How did you get yours to sound so loud??
I bet their is 7 tons of bb out their.
I don't think I have seen you smile so much. You really like it
How do I take the Co2 out of the gun. It doesn’t come out for me
My slide is jamming I can't fix it

0:05 EPIC
Do they have one with a mock suppressor with extended barrel that would be nice.
you can find a threaded barrel to install from a third party
I bought that bb pistol and within 6 months the co2 started leaking. I'm having a hard time finding a seal to replace it with
PTFE tape. Place a small amount over the top of each CO2 bulb.
In Canada these are now going to be considered prohibited. And good luck finding these for sale under $190
it's $139.99 at Cabela's right now
🖤
Should i buy this or should i go for the p38 or the newest walther pps m2? All are in the same price range for me help im i love walthers i even shoot with a ppk in 22lr wich is fun but also want a co2 version of one if these guns please help
The Umarex P38's blow back seems really weak. I enjoy my Umarex PPK/S. Can't comment on the pps
The sound quality sounds better Charles
Fun is what I want I have been looking at this for e while
good review, like the comments, feel your joy
thank you sir
Like you say good training tool and a laugh !
if i was teaching someone unfamiliar with fire arms to clear cover id want to start with it

How much was this?
Weaboo Jones it’s like 40-50 at a Walmart.
yep
How to i buy it,, Sir please give me link,,,
U can get this at walmart
Great review
thanks
To think here in Mexico we buy this stuff for twice its price (minimum 😅)
Co2 wasted on blowback action and not alot on bbs
Tom Smith I think it’s worth it for the shorter trigger pull
@@handloadedtaco6918 And the realism.
I only payd 15 $ at Walmart
Justin Brown really?
Walmart in Greenfield Indiana haddam on clearance sale I just think it's a pretty good little BB gun I like it
