I started a boxing and fitness course in Liverpool. 6 week.. Got the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Starting to enjoy it. Set my reflex ball up today, loving it so far. This gut makes it look easy but hopefully with practice and dedication I will get better

Does this promote bad habits while boxing? I'm considering getting one and watched a lot of reviews + tutorials, but a lot of the trainers had their guards down to compensate for the way the ball is coming in and fast

Hey Josh, this is a common issue at the beginning. As you improve you will have cleaner punches and that will rarely happen. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to mitigate this. Keep me updated on your progress.

Order a set of snow board/ ATV safety goggles with foam around the face area they will get a little foggy with hard workout but protect your eyes.
