    I can't get it to stop bouncing. Like I hit it straight and instead of it coming back at me, it bounces up from a straight punch

    • @noahcutter
      @noahcutter Рік тому

      Takes practice you can see in the video not every shot is straight back. Make sure the string is long enough and there's no doubt you'll get it. 💯

    How do you hit the ball and it doesn't go down? When I hit the ball it goes down if I miss how u don't miss either? Lol please answer I support ur content

    • @noahcutter
      @noahcutter 3 роки тому +1

      Make sure there's not too much slack in your line. Also it's normal for the ball to go in a downward direction as you begin. It takes time to control the ball straight out. Keep practicing and following along and I promise you'll get it.

    when should I progress to the next ball?

    • @boxerpoint5433
      @boxerpoint5433  2 роки тому

      Whenever you feel you made progress with the first ball. But you can always use all of them. It's just different material and weight. We gave our recommendations to what should be easier but test them all

    The hook its pretty hard to hit corrrectly

    • @boxerpoint5433
      @boxerpoint5433  3 роки тому +1

      It takes time to get it right 👊

    • @noahcutter
      @noahcutter 3 роки тому

      It's also not a typical left hook as you aren't planting with the feet but pivoting at the same time. Kind of like a check left hook motion. You can hook without the pivot. Hit it lightly be sure to block on the other side as the ball will hit you or wrap around the head. If you hit too hard you'll loose control.👍💪🥊👊

    • @noahcutter

      It's best for upper body punches. You could try to incorporate high knees. But kicks aren't best.

      I also tried to go alittle more slow in this video to cover the techniques. In the next I try to turn the hands over alittle more and go alittle faster speed with the hands up higher and the elbows in. Always working to bring better content and thank you for your feedback on the video. It is alittle rugged.
