It’s pretty simple making a business out of a business. You do all the work, they still get the money.
Transportation Safety Officers:
-downright nasty
- don’t explain things adequately
-have little compassion for people
-sense of authority goes to their heads
-inconsistent as can be
I have a disabled/special needs son and this would be a great program for us.
I recommend global entry as well.
if you get global entry, you don't need to get precheck, as precheck is included in global entry

I literally learned nothing from this. Talk about what it does for the traveler. Why would I want it besides shorter lines
What does it mean criminal offenses disqualify?
Certain felonies like threats and stuff. The list is on the website… however, i have a couple misdemeanors including embezzlement and destruction of property from a few years back but i just got approved for pre check yesterday.
We shouldn’t have to pay for pre check. The TSA gets millions a year in funding. We take time out of our day to do it and have to foot the bill?
You only get as many “freedoms” and justice as you can afford, in America.
Call your corrupt congressmen and let them know what you think about the TSA

So glad Australian airports don't go though all those security measures, nor do a lot of international airports. I flew to Bangkok return, twice, no searches, no shoes off, laptop and handluggage just put thought the big scanner...really simple. The gun culture and paranoia in America has caused this when common sense would suffice.

Actually either way is simple really.
When most of the world want your country to fail, yea I’ll keep my guns and keep my security high.
the USA has a big target on its back being the best in the world. I'll take the extra 2 minutes security, I was gunna blow those minutes waiting in the lobby anyways.
Well I mean it wasn’t really gun culture that spurred tsa. Moreso 9/11. Before then you could walk up to the plane no security.
Don't waste money on this bull shit system to rip you. Yesterday I printed my boarding pass on my return air ticket and guess what ? The TSA pre symbol was not there . I had to remove everything from belt to shoes despite wasting 80 dollars on a useless system. As usual the TSA guys gave a ' friendly ' attitude when I raised this issue to them. Please do not waste money , this may not work sometimes .
I understand you have to go online and put your TSA number in when you are booking your flight..that is the reason it did not work..you did not follow directions properly.

Always.... ALWAYS.... REMEMBER to enter your KTN (Known Traveler Number) BEFORE you hit that SEND button when booking your flight... else "TSA PreCheck" will NOT print on your Boarding Pass. If you forget, you'll be out of luck and they will route you to the long lines with all the "commoners".
YOUR fault.
T.S.A. check points are the best thing to happen to us foot men since camera phones. Especially if it is a bunch of college girls on vacation. Back to back beautifully pedicured bare feet on display
