It's nice when you learn something new each day.. and I thank you for the lesson. I thought all curries had the coconut milk in them, (I don't like coconut milk and it doesn't like me😋) but apparently not. Theses looked wonderful and tasty... So tasty my mouth is watering.. I am going to watch this again later so I can take notes so I can try my hand in our kitchen with it... Thank you Li and Joel, this tasty travel was again, delightful and educational. this kind of cusine.. people from southern part of Myanmar (Mon People) cook a lot and this is some of their traditional foods too... i can see the way they cook elephant ears plant's stems with river fishes.. mon people also cook the long tiny roots of elephant ear plants and the eggs of elephant ear plants... what a wonderful video indeed.. thank for sharing it

Hahahah I just can’t even believe it still when I see photos… and actually the bass guitar player from Clash (now broken up) is part of our bicycle team!!
