Hi Terri! I loved seeing your pups so much in this video. Poor Baxter; I hope he feels better soon! You looked really fancy today, and the stories you shared about your grandparents were so cool! I’m glad you’re back enjoying vegetables again. It just makes life so much more enjoyable, doesn’t it? God bless you! ❤
yesssss I missed my veggies a lot. it just brings more joy to my meals; I'm taking care not to get too wild with them, so I don't develop the mind cravings & junky mind thoughts about food again.
Glad to hear Baxters' booty is okay!😊 That outfit is really cute!!! We have so many similarities 🙂 My Dad was railroad, worked up from the tracks, became a breakman then was hurt, they didnt see him, popped the breaks too soon. Lost half a leg but managed the rest of his life pretty well. Brother Mark went railroad and supervised the laying of, and maintenance of tracks. They do have good benefits. Take care, see ya soon🤗👋
oh man, your dad endured a lot! I am so thankful he managed his life pretty well. it's amazing how much the railroad can impact and help whole families. My cousin worked at the rail yard down south, where they would fix and repair cars.
@faithhope2212 my moms home town the railroad was so big and the town really lived off the rail road, but as time went on, they pulled the station from that area and now the town is really run down and not good
I"m laughing at your "time management" problem. Us Callahans are chronic early birds. My daughter married into the Seifferts and they have the opposite problem + 2 small children. Since we share the same driveway it's always a race to see who is leaving first. RARELY do "they" win. HA You look SO CUTE today! Glad Baxter is gonna make it! Oh! I have a silicone muffin pan coming and I'm going to make some of Laura Spath's egg bites. Yaay! Something new.Have a good day everybody!! ~Karen in Utah
teehee you Callahans are my kind of folks! oh my I couldn't fit in with the Seifferts, ha! Ohhh tell me how those egg bites turn out, I bet they will be amazing!
I'm terrible with names. Took me forever to get your dogs names right. Okay, tell me if I've finally got it: Callie is solid honey or tan; Baxter is light tan and white; Sammie is black, and we all know Lou the hound dog. I love your interactions with your dogs. They are such big bundles of love.
Happy Monday Beautiful Terri🤍🌺 I’m a bit behind on my videos… you know how that goes! I just made the new Keto chow donut and the banana bread for creams… you inspired me… like always 🤍 Sensing big hugs to you and the pups 🐶 Love&Light from California 🤍🤍
Hello Terri, my mom use to wear a lot of pins too. She had here house dress and her go to church house dress.👗 I need to add more seasoning to my food to maybe tast. I hate when the toilet doesn’t stop. I know a little drip makes a big water bill. 💕NonnaGrace 🐓
it's so fascinating how our mothers and grandmothers used pins or house dresses to change their look, without doing as much as we do now. Sometimes I miss those easier times, but i also know that it wasn't 'easy' it was tough, so I should say simpler times.
Poor Baxter I hope it’s not serious. My poor Beanie w the ruptured anal gland, has had a really long month of recovery. I need to find a Vet willing to remove them, but that’s not as common as I thought it would be. All I know is we can’t afford 400.00 every time this happens and we have every reason to believe that it will. In the meantime I’m plan to find a Vet and take her in for a couple of “positive association” visits so when it does happen they can get it done without traumatizing her.
On your cramps- growing up I remember My Elders using quinine . If you haven’t tried it and might wanna try it just make sure you research the right measurements so you don’t have issues w side effects. I would have to be pretty desperate to try it tbh lol 🤷🏻♀️
yesss it is so traumatizing going for something bad each time. I sure hope you find someone who can do that, because you're not kidding, that's not cheap. Poor baby, it has to hurt.
thank you, so far I've been adding a little salt and potassium to my evening water and I've not had any since. I'll have to look that other up, if this stops working.
Love your channel, Terri! ❤ I realized, today, that I eat my OMAD dinner & Creami with you every night! 🍴You are enjoyable to watch and I enjoy seeing your daily routines. Keep up the great job! 👍🏻
Thank you so much Jess!! I like to just be me, and have fun, and share my life with everyone, to get to know you all as well here in the comment section.
@Jess_2025 that’s so kind of you!! I know myself, I wouldn’t get out much if I worked from home either. When we had to work from home and avoid people for those 2 years, I found that when I did go around people I had more anxiety. I’m trying to work on that now
Terri, on keto or carnivore our bodily fluids are reduced(carbs are what helps homeostasis). Get your labs checked. You could be low on potassium. When mine goes low I can tell as I get cramps and my toes go in different directions! The next symptom is irregular heart rhythms. I normally run for potassium at that point! I have a hard time even though I take potassium daily (as prescribed by my md). The range is 3.5 to 5.0. With taking it daily I hover about 3.4-3.6. The best thing you can do is tell your dr and get tested!
thank you! I've added some potassium to my water at supper, and my cramps have improves so much! I for sure will talk to my provider if it doesn't stay good. I'd rather know how it's going, than not know. I like getting my data, so i know what i can do to feel better.
Have you ever had your Thyroid checked? It is a very big culprit of lots of cramps. I've had them all over my body when my thyroid levels were off. I still do but not like that. Since you were in carnavore it might gave changed your hormones. I also have to keep my feet and legs warm or I have them really bad.
My pcp checks my thyroid every year at my annual labs. I'm very blessed, they have never been out of wack yet. I'll for sure keep my eye on that. I've had an ultra sound of my thyroid a couple times, because of my thick neck and weight.
So far a little more gas in the afternoons, but no increased mental craving or mental food talk. That was really bad before I went carnivore’ish. But I feel the same, maybe even a little better physically, but I’m not sure yet
Not saying it’s the right thing to do, but it works for me, I take 800 magnesium oxide at night along with 3 stool softeners. So many say to add fat, and it works for some, but I have to add a whole lot to help, so this works best for me Also, I used to only take the magnesium, but since I’m on a blood thinner I don’t want to have to bear down and cause my rhoid to bleed
I am, but i just started adding some to my evening water to see if it helps and it seems to be helping. See, i urinate so much at night, because of poor venous return, so i lose 3-4lbs from the time i go to bed and the time i wake up, i go 3-5 times each night, so by morning I'm dehydrated. so adding the lytes to my evening water, so far seems to help, i hope it continues!
Definitely having a few. Can’t tell if it’s because I’m dehydrated or too much lytes. Gonna pull back the kitties except before bed and see what happens.
Thank you! I am! I was going to call my cardiologist, but my new method seems to be helping. I'll see if it continues to help, if not, I'll be calling my cardiologist for sure!
A concern for animal welfare, as well as my own health would never allow me to follow in your foot steps. Check out Dr. Mindy, and Dr. Jason Fung about the benefits of fasting, that's what works for me! .
We all have to take our own path. I can’t fast, it triggers my binge eating disorder as well as caused my hair to fall out. But I’m happy you found what works for you
I hate salads, HOWEVER I love raw veggies to munch on. Carrot sticks, celery sticks, radishes, cucumbers slices, bell pepper slices, cauliflower, cabbage.... I just don't like them dressed. I like my raw veggies NAKED 🤭
❤ feel better Baxter 🐕
my sweet baby boy :(
he's doing better thankfully

@faithhope2212 I think so too, I sure hope they keep up because I order way too much stuff ha!
