Oh wow Emma this looks fantastic! Congratulations on the launch of your new venture. So many parents are going to benefit from this, I will share this with my friend immediately (she's due in May). My girl is 6 months now and I followed your channel from pregnancy. Your videos have been wonderful and really helped us survive the newborn stage. She now sleeps through the night (from approx 7pm to 7am) waking only once or twice for a feed. All thanks to you Emma. ❤🎉
Im a first time mom, and our little boy is only 9 days. We have struggled to make him sleep since day 1. But now we have started to find what he needs to fall asleep❤ covering the eyes and being held tightly to my chest is a sure way to makr him sleep!
So true followong wake windows alone often leads to disappointment and we need to look at the bigger picture as youve so well demonstrated! Only thing is ive tried followoing the eat, play, sleep routine its usually eat, play, eat again then sleep as my babies awake time is generally 2-3 hrs and by then they are hungry again before being able to sleep!
This just popped up when I was struggling, again! to put my baby to nap. She’s a GREAT night sleeper, sleeps independently and puts herself back to sleep as well. But naps…. That’s another story. Naps have gotten increasingly worse and worse… we’ve tried everything! Routines, wake windows and sleepy cues etc etc. We are almost loosing hope…. I’ll check this resource!!
Sometimes the contact naps are nice but sometimes it can be tiring. If you want some help with getting your little one to sleep in a crib or separate sleep space my course Peaceful Dreams can help.
My son is about to be 10 months old and refuses to sleep alone. He started thus at 4 months old. I caved in because I wanted him to sleep, I’ve made it worse clearly. Any advice?!!
Oh man. I'm 18 months too late for this. My little one just turned 24 months, but all your previous sleep videos were amazing and taught me so much when he was in those first 6 months. If I have another baby, I will definitely consider this program. You rock, Emma! Now I am on to your potty training videos. All the best!
My experience with my first baby made me realize that wake windows were not the magic they promised to be. If my husband and I are blessed with a second baby, I will happily buy and use this course.
the production quality of your videos is great! your content is well thought out, backed by research, and your presentation flow is on point. my wife is a childbirth educator but we turn to you (and direct others to you) once the baby is born!
Love this. As a nanny I’ve been told many times by parents that their child was extra sleepy, especially after my first few days with them. I think it’s because we spend more play time together. No criticism of parents; it’s just natural as this is my main job, to keep them entertained, spark their imagination, and just generally engaged (whereas parents have a ton on their plates & are likely sleep deprived!) But I think maybe they don’t always make the connection that this might affect their wake windows & they want me to keep them up longer when I know baby is sleepy.
Emma is amazing! I watch all her videos and love how informative they all are. Her recommendations are working miracles on our twins. I'm so grateful for all tips and tricks. You're the best 😍
Thank you so much for this! I saw that your course is for 0-6 is there anything for 6 months and up? My baby is 6 months and I’m trying to learn to sleep train him it I still found this video very helpful
Does the course discuss the implementation of specific sleep training methods and how to know when to try to stop swaddling (like obviously when they roll over but like how to smooth the transition) or running into the room to adjust the paci, etc. ?
Yep, I show you step by step how to help your little one sleep in the crib (without crying it out), as well as transition out of the swaddle when it's time plus lots more. Hopefully, you find it helpful!
My fourteen months old twins are never the same in their sleeping patterns, the eldest can sleep without help but only for thirty min while the youngest can sleep much longer but with cuddling
Plus babies need different things to fall asleep. My first baby would fall asleep no problem. Second baby needs help and eyes covered or at least in a very dark room. She would stay awake for hours if I didn't intentionally put her to sleep.
Hi, this information in this course would work for a 7-month-old. The primary difference is at 7 months babies tend to follow a nap schedule (it is usually a 3 nap schedule which drops to 2 between 6 - 9 months of age). Before 6 months they don't yet follow a schedule
Hello Emma. I have a question regarding the behavior of our five-month-old baby during sleep at night. The baby is restless at night during sleep, she kicks her legs a lot, turns, spins. If she sleeps on her stomach, then she crawls and puts her legs under her bum and pushes herself, but it seems to us that it's uncomfortable for her. When we put her back on her back, she turns over on her stomach again and so on in a circle, and only when she gets something to eat, i.e. after breastfeeding, she calms down and for a while. My wife wakes up every time because of it, and then she is very tired during the day because of it. The question is about this kicking and turning and her restlessness during sleep at night, is this "normal" behavior for a baby of that age?
You're right, it is a lot of the same content. The foundations for great sleep, how to respond when they wake overnight and how to settle them to sleep (which in the course isn't crying it out) plus a lot more would be the same. One of the primary differences would be that after 6 months babies tend to adopt a more predictable nap pattern. Under 6 months of age, they don't yet follow a predictable nap schedule.
My baby is 6 months old ..and he still take 30 minutes nap..make it possible to have just 3 napes .even if he wakes for 2.5 hours between each...what should i do?
My baby is 6 months old, will be 7 months in 10 days. She does a lot of catnapping and wakes up frequently during the night. Will we benefit from the Peaceful Dream course, or is it strictly for 0-6 months?
The information in the course would still be beneficial. I specifically address catnapping, and how you can help your little one learn to fall asleep (without crying it out) and help them start to lengthen their naps, as well as foundational sleep strategies that help babies of all ages. One of the primary differences after 6 months of age is babies tend to follow a set napping schedule. Generally, between 6 - 9 months of age, babies tend to follow a 3 nap schedule - they will drop to 2 naps around 9 months or a little earlier. But in saying that, in the live example I provide of my daughter's day at 5 months she is following a 3 nap schedule (which is something she naturally did) so that will show you what your day with your little one may look like, once they are on a 3 nap schedule. I hope that helps!

Do you have any resources for sleep specialists? As I'm thinking from multiple videos that my baby may be on a awkward schedule

😂😂😂 my son napped only in my arms until he was 18 months old 😂 my daughter is now 3 months old and thank god she naps in her crib

Playing with them can make them sleepy sooner. Thanks so much for sharing - also love that you love your job so much!

Great info, thanks!
No problem!
Incredibly helpful!! Thank you!
You're very welcome!
Thank you for everything is there any Promo code for this course still running at the moment? Thanks you ❤
Is there a coupon for the sleep course? Greetings from Greece
I can’t remember when my baby slept for more than 3h at night. Now six months
Hopefully you’re going ok with the broken sleep. If you want a some help with your baby’s sleep you might find my new course Peaceful Dreams helpful.

A good point. With our first daughter we had to do lunges around the room with her in our arms. At least our legs got a workout 😂
My baby also waking every 2hours at night and he is 8month old. And during day time he will take 2 naps of 3 and half hours
Most of the time on my son's last feed before bed we give him a warmer bottle of milk then normally do during the day and that seems to help him sleep
Thanks for sharing!

How much of the course would help babies 6-12m?
I imagine there are a lot of things from the course that continue to help even as baby grows

Does anyone get a 12 months old who sleeps only 9-10 hours per day? (8 hour night times plus one 1-2 hour nap)
My baby is 4 months she sleeps best at night but she doesn't like daily naps why is that
My 7-month-old baby has regressed in sleep length since he was 4 months. It's so frustrating.
It can be really frustrating and just tiring! Hope you’re ok.
@@EmmaHubbard do you have the course for it?
@@fluentmandarin674 I'm so sorry but I currently don't have a course for babies older than 6 months.
@@EmmaHubbard I would love to have a course for baby more than 6 months old too. She just turned 8 months old.
