When you mention milk in all your recipes, would it be full fat milk ? 3:25%? I usually use this one for arroz doce or cakes. Your recipes are very helpful thank you. Obrigada amiga happy😊
Hi Nancy, I absolutely love bolos levedos but I find the recipe way to much for just 2 people in the house. If I break your recipe in half will it work? Even though bolos levedos are time consuming they are well worth the work. I had some of these in the Azores where they make sandwiches with them buy filling them with ham and cheese and than grilling them in the panini grill. It was to die for. Beijinhos

Hi Nancy guess what I'm making the bolos levedos too the only thing is I have an electric range I cook them very slow but I still burne them sometimes they not cooked inside do you put a cover on the frying pan ?
Hi Maria...No I don't place a cover on the pan. The heat has to be a very low heat and leave the bolo levedo on one side for at least 4 minutes and I gently check the bottom of the bolo levedo before I flip them. You can take a toothpick and place it in the bolo levedo to make sure its cooked. If using an electric skillet, make sure it's on the lowest temperature. Practice makes perfect. I hope this helps.
