I'm not experienced enough to tell which of the tutorials have the most accurate chords, but yours for sure sounds the best, and most natural. Thank you and keep up the passion.
Fantastic lessons as always Justin. In my opinion you're the best guitar teacher on UA-cam. Thank you for sharing everything with us. Take care of yourself and your family and stay safe and healthy. From Charlie in the States.
Thanks Justin. I don’t know where I’d be without you with the progression in my guitar playing. We all appreciate your hard work in bringing these lessons to us.
I've been following you for about 10 years, enjoying every minute of it, looking at how your lessons evolve, how you evolve. I hardly ever made comments on youtube. But today I do have to make a comment. This lecture takes us to another level. The song itself, how you present it, your explanations, how your video is edited, your studio, the lighting, even the dog. Everything is just perfect!!! Congtratulations and thanks forever for making all those lessons and making them better and better
I've been watching you for so long. I've bought some of your stuff. You truly are just an awesome person for sharing, caring, and just being you. Thank you!!!
This is the first time in my life that I've been able to follow a guitar tutorial with 0 doubts and complications at the end. This guy does not complicate things, goes straight to the point and is very efficient with time. I am looking forward for more videos! Kudos to you!
Outstanding Justin. I have played a heavily simplified version of this song for many years. This is inspiration to clean that up. The rhythm piece is super important. The D minor is lovely.
been watching your Neil Young stuff and decided to stray away from the great Neil to learn some REM. your videos really pushed me to develop my picking and strumming together. I've become a much better guitarist because of you, Justin. Thank you so much. I was a beginner for years and I'm slowly starting to get better.
Wow! This is freaky...... only yesterday I decided to learn this song to put in my solo set after it came up on my Spotify playlist. Thanks Justin, perfect timing.
I really like the way you sing the cord changes, I find this really helps me to learn the sound of the chords and playing the right chord becomes almost instinctive. Just one of the great methods of teaching you use. Keep up the good work Justin. 🎸🤟
I don’t know if you take requests, but there’s this song that has just really been a big part of my daily life the past year and helped me relax through all crap going on. Morning Dew by Matt Quentin. Love your videos Justin!
Thanks for breaking down the strumming stuff. I was trying to play along with the track, and my rhythm was totally throwing everything off. Plus I couldn’t tell whether or nor there was a D minor after the F in the intro. I put this one on the shelf, but will watch this video a couple more times. Thx.
Been listening to R.E.M on Spotify recently and I’ve only realised they have so many more amazing songs like Drive, Nightswimming, Imitation of Life, Sweetness Follows and many more gems. Such an underrated band!
It's a masterpiece and one of the greatest albums of the 90s imo. That said, Fables of the Reconstruction is currently my favourite REM album. I can just about play a passable version of Driver 8
So you played mandolin in Tasmania nice one - but I once played the spoons in a canteen in wigan in the 70s to my audience which was a rat which was always messing about in the sink beat that , this is true thank you and goodnight👍😀
Hi Justin, Can you please do a lesson on REM's "All the way to Reno"? Many thanks for all the work you put into this...helping me a lot with some stuff I don't or didn't know. Steve
Great video...Love this song ❤ Was 24/25 back in '91. Good times! Then after '92 👎 Thanks for the lesson. It sounded amazing & say hi to your fur baby 😁
Cheers man this was great, nailed it and loved Ziggy’s appearance 😊. Only thing I’d add in is the other mandolin part that links the consecutive verses which would cut short the G (think you can use the A minor chord shape hammering on and off to get it on guitar
Wow what a coincidence. I heard this song on the radio last week and wanted to learn it and wondered if you did a tutorial on it and what do I see on UA-cam? You've just recently made it. Thanks again! Your rendition sounds great!
Out of curiosity i was playing the chorus part using a F->G progression as my guitar teacher taught me and it sounded fine to me. You however play a F->Dmin->G.... Which also sounds correct to me.... My question was, is it possible for a song to have more than one possible chord progression? (sorry im yet to study music theory 😅, which is why this silly question) Excellent lesson as always!
Many thanks for the super thanks and supporting the channel. It means a lot. Cheers 😊 | Richard_close2u | JustinGuitar Official Guide & Approved Teacher www.justinguitar.com

That’s typical for him, he always brings the heat
Sometimes it's best not to have an exact copy of the studio version. You need a version that can work best on solo acoustic guitar

This one brought back some memories!
Yeah! Same here :)
Good times 👍
Fantastic lessons as always Justin. In my opinion you're the best guitar teacher on UA-cam. Thank you for sharing everything with us.

From Charlie in the States.
Thank you Charlie! Wishing you all the very best. :)
Yup he's the OG guitar teacher on UA-cam.
I’ve watched his videos for a long time such a genuine nice dude Justin I have a few videos if you would have a watch and comment I’d love that haha
Thanks Justin. I don’t know where I’d be without you with the progression in my guitar playing.

When I bought my mandolin, this was the first song I learned. That mandolin riff sets the whole mood. It’s awesome.
My very first guitar teacher in Chiswick, London. Thanks for getting me started on my amazing musical journey, Justin!
Much love and absolute respect
Your voice as born for this song.
First with all my life and now with losing my religion. The most accurate lessons on YT, good job sir 👏.
I love your teaching style
Your voice is fantastic, i really like your covers
Thanks!
Thanks for the thanks 😊
Wow! This is freaky...... only yesterday I decided to learn this song to put in my solo set after it came up on my Spotify playlist. Thanks Justin, perfect timing.
This is awesome, and he kind of reminds me of Norm Macdonald.
Omg I love that Ziggy joined in on the fun and you didn't chop him out of the video! So cute! We need more of his interruptions. 😂
Great job Justin.
Justin best guitarists 🎸 ever. Am watching his videos regularly I learned a lot and I know am gonna learn mutch more from listening to him.
The way you look at the camera reminds me of something between Michael Keaton and David Puddy from Seinfeld (Patrick Warburton).
Dude, you’re the best guy out here to see when you want to learn a song in no time flat. Seriously great stuff, man.
I started learning guitar just to play this song, cause R. E.M. is my favorite band ever
Thank you for this tutorial gentleman
Justin, just an awesome lesson. I've heard you sing many times, and you really nailed it on this one! Thanks, GT
Man, I loved this one when I was 13-14 years old 😍
I was much the same age when this and Out of Time came out. Been a massive REM fan ever since.
I really like the way you sing the cord changes, I find this really helps me to learn the sound of the chords and playing the right chord becomes almost instinctive. Just one of the great methods of teaching you use. Keep up the good work Justin. 🎸🤟
Classic Song!!! 🎶🎸🎶👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Is it just me or are Justin’s performances better than they’ve ever been?
Great tutorial. Thank you from the Czech Republic.
I can play this in a basic way,but this is another level. Sounds great.
Been listening to R.E.M on Spotify recently and I’ve only realised they have so many more amazing songs like Drive, Nightswimming, Imitation of Life, Sweetness Follows and many more gems. Such an underrated band!
automatic for the people is a fantastic album, give it a listen!
It's a masterpiece and one of the greatest albums of the 90s imo. That said, Fables of the Reconstruction is currently my favourite REM album. I can just about play a passable version of Driver 8
I was reasonably late to the R.E.M. party, only discovering them through a borrowed cassette of Green (still perhaps in my top 10 albums).
Tasmania? I’ve been watching Justin for years and always thought he was from London!
You are just THE BEST and this "dog breaks" are just great! 😂 Thank you so much for this perfect tutorial!🎉
The mandolin really makes the song something special imo.
One of the greatest songs of the 90s, thank you!
amazing work justin, gonna check it out and try even though i’m a beginner
Yes! Try this as a Developer kinda song :)
Great lesson.
So you played mandolin in Tasmania nice one - but I once played the spoons in a canteen in wigan in the 70s to my audience which was a rat which was always messing about in the sink beat that , this is true thank you and goodnight👍😀

Best lesson on this song
This is in the list of songs to learn. Thanks Justin
Cheers man this was great, nailed it and loved Ziggy’s appearance 😊. Only thing I’d add in is the other mandolin part that links the consecutive verses which would cut short the G (think you can use the A minor chord shape hammering on and off to get it on guitar
thank you very very much for this lesson
Ziggy needs to guest on all your lesson vids.
Justin's singing is improving

Excellent lesson as always!
You should’ve went over the little harmonics you were doing throughout. That’s what makes it sound really good.
Awesome lesson!
You sing so well

It’s easier to play the D minor using the F fingering and fretting your pinky
