I have just listened to this song for I guess more then ten times in a row. I just don't want it to end - ever! So I keep starting from the beginning. I'm moved by it to tears. They're not unhappy tears. They're tears of pain from being offered so so much beauty... Thank you Aldous Harding.
music that headphones and rainy late nights were invented for. Like looking at a beautiful rose as it pricks you with thorns, but the beautiful aroma fills your head anyway.
Sadly, I feel nothing I'm so down on life High people pull me into their faces They are lucky Elation came When you chose me Elation I have not died Though I've never tried In relation When they say, "Enjoy," I try so hard to Some trees move like Leamon [?] But Leamon [?] died The beauty is so close to me The beauty is so close to me Elation came When you chose me Elation I have not died Though I've never tried In relation The beauty is so close to me The beauty is so close to me
Are we all struggling with the lyrics to that 3rd verse? For what it's worth, I hear "Some trees move like the moon . . . But the moon died". Wonderful, captivating song whatever the words.
I suspect that it should be Limón as in José Limón the acclaimed ballet dancer influential in the the early modern dance movement in the US in the first half of the 20th century
Exactly what I wanted just before seeing Aldous. I never like to hear live material before record if possible. Now come November 18 I'll know it much better. I'm getting very excited. God she's good. In 7 weeks I got both her albums and live tickets. A sensational new talent. I took steps that I will most probably never repeat in respect of timescale.
This Song is the last Song my sister heard befor she decided to take her life with 24. Everytime i hear that Song i have to think about the last Minutes my sister lived
Djees...you can make SOME emotional heavy songs, but NOT all of them.... The Barrel and Blend are her best 2 songs, no coincidence it's like her only uplit songs too lol
this is one of the most beautiful songs.
This song starts so beautifully, and then it gets so much more beautiful still, it’s almost unbearable. Gorgeous music, just sublime.
In such a short time Aldous Harding makes classic music. I believe this artist.

I feel luck to be able to live in a time to hear Aldous . Thank you Aldous for sharing pieces of yourself.
Thought I had heard the best she had to offer, then this comes on, i'm speechless
aldous has become my very favorite artist of all times. I feel like everything Ive ever listened to doesnt even come close to her talent.
She's in my top 3 now. Elizabeth Fraser, Ane Brun, Aldous. Yes,yes.
same here
This is sublime. I feel blessed to have finally discovered her music.
me too
utterly and near impossibly sublime
I am so thrashed! What is this magic? It takes me to places I don't want to go to and leaves me in pain. But it's totally groovy. Fucking brilliant!
I've been too depressed to buy music for years, but now I want to start again.
Sadly, I feel nothing
I'm so down on life
High people pull me into their faces
They are lucky
Elation came
When you chose me
Elation
I have not died
Though I've never tried
In relation
When they say, "Enjoy,"
I try so hard to
Some trees move like Leamon [?]
But Leamon [?] died
The beauty is so close to me
The beauty is so close to me
Elation came
When you chose me
Elation
I have not died
Though I've never tried
In relation
The beauty is so close to me
The beauty is so close to me
