Same drill here; but my ferret sneeringly declared "Wake up, retro-consumerist chump! Vinyl's a thing of the past, gone, kaput -- *I'm* not gettin' led along!" But after some moments more of listening he suddenly stared wildly around and (catching sight of an old Allman Brothers LP's album-cover art) exclaimed, "Jesus -- look at all them damn peaches!!!"-- and I'll be darned if he didn't suddenly disappear from somewhere and appear inside of nowhere!
Of course, he'd previously been bingeing on "Binaural-DMT-Frequency Pineal Gland Activation" vids on UA-cam, so I can sorta understand where he was comin' from.

Our toddler is a big Aldous fan. We listen to her music regularly during relaxing times.
Sometimes after a 15 minute Baby Signs session, we’ll play her a music video as an outro. Put this on and she was in utter rapture until the blue mask part. Never seen her sign “all done” so rapidly or definitively.
The thing is, the very next day, when we did Baby Signs, I put on one of her other favorite music videos, and she rejected it, then another, until I put this one on. She watched it until the “big hat on face” moment, then calmly signed “all done”. Turned the TV off and she was happy.
    My 15-month-old baby is obsessed.

Ok i listened to this Song for a year now. At first I was obsessed with the fact, that the Video is uncanny mystical witch-art, its on the edge of sadness, wisdom, horror and comedy. It offers comedic relief for things there shuldnt be had none. It also offered me a non hardfactual insight into the feelings of (a) woman and I still open myself to let that sink in. But today I decided to write this comment because I realized that this Song is also musically unbelievably groovy and funky. Its just such a joy to dance to it. The groove is unreal, I cant even think of anything that has this soft subtle but brilliant funk to it. So yeah, im unworthy, thank you!

I'm too old to appreciate most new music but this is too good to ignore.

Love it. My English is insufficient to show my overwhelming appreciation.

Hypnotized by the music, the words that I can occasionally understand, and, the three thousand plus comments, I cannot imagine a day going by without hearing/seeing it again, at least until I understand why

This video is such a rollercoaster. The moment you think you know how it's going to go, something bizarre happens.

what on earth? i'm bewildered and intrigued. i just clicked on a visually striking thumb, not knowing or even thinking beyond impulse. but i'm like captivated now.

I've come back to this at least fifty times over the past week. It's mesmerizing, ever so slightly unsettling, and yet powerfully anodyne.

I am stunned by the depth of poetry in this song and video combination. There isn't a songwriter in the world I revere as much as I do Aldous Harding for her ability to pack so many layers of herself in one song.
