Wasn't bad with Ant, but I lost interest. Being in California just changed the feel of it. Never felt the same. That show was one of the reasons I had cable, but dumped cable as it was't enjoyable to me any longer.
Don't care about Mike at all, I just skipped everything where he was involved with his staged "omg I'm so good at wheeler dealeraing and I can sandblast" parts.
I miss back in the days, when Wheeler Dealer startet, Ed did awesome repairs on old stuff. Then it change to be: put on new parts. It was really not the same and i did stop watching Wheeler Dealers.
The buyer of the car could have been anyone really, Mike Brewer was not the show, Edd was. All the interesting stuff that made the program was due to him, after he left the program went downhill rapidly. Never watched it since.
It is rather remarkable how Ed tries to explain every single detail of what he is doing. I guess that if it was up to him, every episode would last longer, and I wouldn't mind watching them at all either.
Lambo was on a shoestring in the early '70s, and maybe once the 2.5 was chosen with timing belts, they were committed along with other things aiming for mass production for the first time. The 3.0 with chains was where they should have started.

It's amazing how these are now borderline priceless, getting five-figure restorations by Ian Tyrrell and the like. Not too long ago they were considered budget-friendly and getting tinkered on by Edd and Mike on a show dedicated to showcasing affordable classic cars.
As the beautiful V8 spins after the wizard Ed China rebuilds it you can hear a strange grunting noise in the background as Mike realises he should not have shafted him
How much better was that. I didn't have to listen to Mike: a) rip someone off by getting a cheap car even cheaper, b) go any buy something like a light, c) act like a child by adding a stitch to a seat cover or watch a professional do their job and, d) pretend that they both did an equal amount of work.
Never watched another wheeler dealer episode after Ed left
As far as I'm concerned they never made any more after Ed left. It was like if the dead guy in 'Weekend at Bernie's' was a car show.
I didn’t

Same....it just wasnt the same and I wasnt bowled over with the new guy.
I don't believe you
I miss the old days Edd and Mike together. It was much better. More attention to detail and Edd is very talented at what he does.

Ed is a modest genius for sure. Amazing to watch. Thanks Ed!
It’s funny how much Edd’s episodes are replayed but not that much of Ant and Mark
Worse mistake ever my friend...when Mike did replace Ed the Wheelers Dealers show started to die...!!!
Well there’s a lot more episodes with him.
Rubbish. Both much better mechanics and whilst early Edd was fine his ego got too big as time went on
@@danielcordero901 elvis chapters are not so bad too.....but definitely cant stand that Ant guy..!!
To be fair Ant was good mechanic
Crap, I thought it was a new vid and Edd was back.

Not rebuilding anything. That's just a major service
Edd is the best. i wish he comes back on Discovery channel. Edd is Wheeler dealers.
This is one of ed's best episodes..

Edd China is the GOAT!
Really! Clearly you havent seen many mechanics
@@bretthardie5140 believe me I did, but I like Edd and personally learned a lot from him :)

Mike we need longer videos with more rebuild content. These are great but very brief and lacks the good stuff everyone wants to see being restored.

One of my favorite WD episodes of all time.
I'm glad I own a classic Beetle, no timing chains or belts.
Edd China made WD worth watching.
One of the best engine pull vids period.
Why is that clutch hose such a specialist part ? Surely a braided hose could be made up with whatever end fittings required ?
Yep, that’s actually what happened, got one made up. Very straightforward.
Love watching and listening to Edd, and hate and detest Mike Brewer and everything about him, so episodes like this are heaven 😂
One of my fav WD episodes. Such a simply beautiful car.
To test small bearings, pulleys... use a rubber end I a drill and spin the pulley WHILE using a screwdriver as a stethoscope...
Yeah Mike & Edd was a brilliant pairing, Ant & Mark brilliant too but with Edd & Mike there was that chemestry
I had an encyclopedia of motors back in '70s. In this set, I saw this car for first time.
that diveshaft is so tiny!
Yip totally agree I could listen to edd talking and fixing cars all day
❤Thank you very much publisher.
Edd made the show!

crazy to do all this and not change the head gaskit
Aside from Ed being a great mechanic, he is a wonderful entertainer.
Didn't know these two were even talking to each other again....Ah! Old video!
How much money would the same vehicle be today.
30 to 50 thousand dollars? Probably more though

The Urraco is definitely one of my favourite cars all thanks to the mammoth of an engine it has.
But what about the shells
You gotta love Ed China
The only reason I watched it cos edd was so excellent at what he done with the cars and was very engaging ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
When did Edd move back to wheeler dealers ?
Great show
What happened to the cute spider 🕷 that was living in the Lamborghini engine?
Well I've searched for it on the web, can't find it

Do it right or do it right😊
Ed China Wheeler Dealers was better!
I was enjoying the video until Bunter turned , bye.
Tv show that's all it is , fake prices fake repairs.
I spell my name the same.
we need longer vlogs please
Bull in the China shop, class line. WD with Ed was a gem and miss it greatly.
Mat Armstrong makes a good living doing this ED
