Love this Bawarchi chicken biryani. I used to go to Bawarchi thrice a week when I was residing at Ashok nagar way back 2010 & 2011. Evey time I approached, the aroma & taste made yummy and new everyday😋
It's my favorite biryani in hyderabad.. just super...God bless you sir and your family.. annadatha sukhibava
Sir , your skill or style of eating of each and every bite is awesome
Feel like every viewer eating the meal.
More than the biryani, what one can notice is the humbleness of the owner family.
Yeah they r looking humble n in front of camera everyone will behave like that only..
Any Hyderabadi biryani will do me just fine. I've never had the original Bawarchi biryani. I'm sure it's great. But they're all great, aren't they. I just can't get enough of Hyderabadi biryani.
You won my heart when you say Bismillah before starting the meal.
May Allah bless you with all the delights❤️❤️❤️❤️

That moment of happiness of feeding people at 9:26 makes it super special ,keep it up bawarchi
Thanks for sharing this video this reminds me of my Hyderabad days where i was preparing for my gate entrance.we used to go there often super taste now try PARADISE biryani
That's honesty. Honest food with no secrets.
@10:03 , The happiness on amma's face, when anchor tastes biryani... Priceless
For me, from past 16 years I have tasted many Biryanis in Hyderabad and Bawarchi is the king of Hyderabad Biryanis.
It is amazing when it comes to taste and satisfaction
Owners family is so humble. Long time back, In 2002, First biryani in my life, I had it here in bawarchi. My whole family likes bawarchi. We always rate bawarchi as the best restaurant for biryani in Hyderabad.
12:13 I love the way Mr.Kripal eats his biriyani by his bare hands even though the shop owners right beside him are using fork and spoon. He even smells the aroma before tasting it, he respects the food that much; truly a food lover! 💐😊
The family who runs the restaurant looks warm and can get a sense of authenticity
I must say this.. I am getting hooked on to his show.... his explanation to food iss like story telling.....
Yesterday I was having normal household pulse while watching his show.. felt like I was having biryani.... power of his conviction story telling..
Watching to this and listening to your comments. Making me grave for the this biryani. And go all the way to BAWARCHI.
I eat ther many times but the feeling you expressing the biryani vaa I cont control my self to eat the biryani by ending off the volg 😊🤤🤤🤤
Hahaha
Bawarchi is a big genuine brand in twin cities the humbulness of the owners appreciated highly.
Three decades of secret recipe is exposed . Owners did a brainless job of allowing some idiot to shoot and put it on UA-cam of making their briyani step by step. Now families can make same briyani as bawarchi at home. Also other restaurants copy the recipe. Sill stuff
Never ever forget to say following magical words while ordering Biryani..
'Bhayya Double Masala..!!'
tanmai balamker Everyone wants double masala.
Lolll
ask double masala then get mild gastritis hernia😆😆

2.5 years been in Tarnaka Hyderabad, weekly dinner/lunch was biryani - and never got bored with bawarchi biryani. There is honestly miricle in Bawarchi, million times you eat there, still you never gets bored of Biryani. Love you......
I made an attempt to follow the recipe in this video to make this wonderful biryani. It turned out to be so delicious. Thanks Kripal Sir, you are showing us the hidden treasures of the culinary world. 🙂
Did you put rice after cooking chicken (korma)in that recipe or just put rice over the marination only?
I am confused as most of the recipes on you tube that put rice over prepared korma but here I see rice put over marination only.
Please help me
U should have to put rice on the marination not on the cooked chicken masala
@@manojSharma-ln2fi
I prepared this on my anniversary... really it was yummy....
Did they cook mutton before adding the rice ?
@@ramprasadhdoraraj8714 no
see the happyness of the owners when you are explaining it while eating.....
Apart from the Biriyani this place Is quite popular for their mouthwatering Haleem 😋 they serve specially in the month of Ramadan. I'm so Glad ❤️️ that one of my favourite place been featured! Ever since I've moved to Melbourne, I badly miss the food!!!
I'm from Goa and had this Biryani in 1999 while studying in Hyderabad, after full tummy we slept on grass lawns of HS lake, kudos to family, keep up the good work. 👍 looking to visit again after 23 yrs
I have eaten hundreds of biriyanis. Never got that feeling that i had when I ate bawarchi for the first time around 2008-9. It was 105 and the amount of chicken they gave and the flavour of the rice. Along with coke it was heaven. I was surprised because I have never seen that generous quantity of meat at any other place except Hyderabad. It jannat. Looking to go Hyderabad and taste it again
what makes biryani taste well in a traditional muslim house.... The excitement of the family every time biryani is cooked ....It is evident in the video
Any house🏠 not only muslim house

Biryani is a Hindu dish, made with Hindu basmati rice & Hindu spices grown in HINDUSTAN.
This is always my most favorite restaurant ever
Your vocabulary and pronunciation is just perfect n ur explanation towards food is excellent
There success mantra "Hospitality"..its quite evident through out the video..warm receiving
What a smiling family they are. God bless them.
I need to run out to buy some Hydrabadi Dum Chicken Biriyani, you have stimulated my senses, sadly I am not in Hyderabad.
12:44 The way that owner watching him eat chicken 😂😂

Bawarchi biryani + Irani chai = hyd🔥

I know the owner personally and he is actually very down to earth and humble guy and Bawarchi of RTC x roads is very famous in whole hyderabad The best biryani in hyderabad you could ever taste!
I have already watched this episode many times but whenever I misses that Hyderabadi Biryani, i've to come back to this video !
@@beautifullotus4411 I totally agree with you that "Taste and quality depends on chef"
I learned so many nuances between and among all the styles of biriyani that you cover on this channel that I've never seen covered in other recipes and videos. This looks spectacular
How the hell you went into the kitchen? Even food vloggers abroad are not allowed into that kitchen that produces greatest Biryani
Coz he's kripal.
He’s not some random Instagram foodie. He worked for a big hotel group (Taj/Oberoi) and has solid contacts
dude search his profile where he has worked before vlogging. that's Mr Ramana kripal
Also he paid bawarchi owner, do u think they let him in their kitchen for free?
@King Ligerolf lol bawarchi is already famous they don't need any publicity
What a fantastic presentation!never before.Beleive me bawarchi business will soar many fold
This is my only go to restaurant in Hyderabad. Love the taste and love the ambience everything is of suuuuuperb taste.... Yummyyyy
Calling back to the good old days.. started my career in Hyderabad, as a trainee chef some 18 years back.. now a chef de cuisine..The food from this historic city is awesome..

Right person at the right place with right review ... bawarchi ..
Salam from Indonesia Barakallahufik thanks to share Biryani legend
Had chicken biryani from Bawarchi in 2017 and also took a parcel back to Mumbai. Delicious biryani..... family too loved it.
Kripal has now upped his game by doing crazy stunts.. The intro shows him dodging buses, talking to the camera and crossing the road. Next level indeed. 😀
😀😀🙏
Who knows after next few episodes, we will see him running and jumping between the rooftops , holding a bowl of payasamm and the crazy foodies running behind him to grab the bowl !! Lol.. Just for fun. ;)

I was waiting for this kind of video. You nailed it. Superb presentation and point to point explanation. Big fan of your channel
Thank you.
Wat a noble family most of the legendary restaurants don reveal the recipe these people did
They are confidence is nobody find there sceret ingredients or making biryani
Might not have revealed every ingredient
