It does look like it has a fairly limited utility even in a division. After watching this I might spend more time in the training room deleting Submarines. Your honest reviews are appreciated.
Good video Aero, personally this is probably the line I have been looking forward to the most in game in a very long time. De 7 is my favorite ship in game and this line being basically a bunch of De 7's is really exciting for me. And the fact we can one shot a sub on the surface you know is going to be very fun lol.
I was thinking of you as I played and tried to put my views in context. If ANYONE can make this ship shine it will be you! As ever, I know there will be some who love this ship and do really really well in it. More power to them (and you). But as a ship to spend real money on and for general purpose play, I think it is very meh. Thank you for watching and being kind enough to comment too!

Seems she's more effective for fighting off DDs and Cruisers, despite being a bit more reliant on allies to provide spotting or cover. Naturally, no one should whale for getting 8 weeks of exclusive gameplay for a ship that everyone can unlock and play at no real life money cost later.
