I'm glad to make it in, Jingles. I love my war canoe and had a blast in that match. Unfortunately, the wiring in my apt needs replacing, so that's the lag spikes you are seeing. It was still very fun, and I only needed 400 bxp for the naval battle star.
"A Game of Noes" seems to establish itself as a spin-off it seems. I hope we'll also get an "A Game of Woes" series for games where everything went wrong and an "A Games of Foes" series for epic duels between clans or high profile players (with footage from both sides...?) at some point
If we want to make a game of foes a thing, I have some replays from Clan Battles a couple of seasons ago that were uploaded to the site that makes them usable. And I have perspectives from both sides. Including one replay from the end of the season where both sides were full teams of destroyers.
Nah, I think we need to do separate series for those. I’m not saying we shouldn’t cover those topics, but I do think I don’t want to see a “game of throws cinematic universe”
The Chumphon's turrets rotating to see the incoming torps a split second before they hit was so satisfying. They look like a bunch of small faces realizing their doom was at hand. XD
@riquelmeone still would have been a loss. The best I would have been able to do is flip both of them by the time they had a points advantage from killing both of my remaining teammates. 2 caps vs 2 caps with them having points advantage still hands them the win. My only hope was to try and apply pressure to keep my teammates alive.
I absolutely love the appearance of this boat. I don't mean this as an insult at all, but the way it has both more modern looking features and antiquated is perfect. They nailed the "ship out of history" look.
He had a terrible team. 5 ships lost the D cap to a single BB, and they never really moved from the East. But I guess that's what made it into a Game of Noes.
NEVER underestimate the mighty war canoe. This thing is a beast, especially given the right matchup. Still today one of my most favorite destroyers in the game. Unique, fun to play and a nuisance for the enemy.
I've recently joined the master PC gamer gang with a decent rig. I just started playing World of Warships, after being a fan for many years. I am enjoying it, and I might even submit my game play if I can figure out how that works. I'm blaming you for my gaming addiction at this stage of my life! Keep up the great work!
Ohh - my favorite ship in the game! You can have a lot of fun if it's played right. Of course, it has a lot of limitations, but you can work around them. Short torpedo range? Use it as a shotgun! Long gun reload time? Use all skills to reduce it, especially 'Adrenaline Rush'. Use AP against cruisers! Citadels are guaranteed :) Slow rotation of the guns? Use the 360° skill. You can really have fun with this thing. But of course you also need luck...
Be the torpedo!!! Great match, you really deserved that win but your team sadly said NOPE very clear and understandable ... "... shooting at targets like the Izmail over there, a T7 battle ship ..." 🤣 (its T6) never change Jingles, thats the why we love your commentarys 😄
That's the funniest kill I have ever seen. You may have lost but you outplayed all of them, Good Job! It would have been perfect the torpedo's would have hit.
"Not particularly good but fun" describes some of my favorite ships in the game. The Agincourt, for example, or the Michelangelo, aren't great, but they can be a blast to play.
4:27 Leipzig comes with an eye, transliterated it would be leyep -zig, two syllables, pronounced separately. Of course, if you are a denizen of that benighted city, you would say leyepzsh, one syllable, no waiting...
Isn't the civilian liner at anchor in the enclosed island lagoon at F5 of the RMS Olympic class? Perhaps a Titanic joke on the part of the WOW art department?
i haven’t played wows on pc in YEARS but i do remember the last time i did i had the okhotnik and i absolutely loved the fact it had so many guns despite me being pretty shit at destroyers. the torpedoes were crazy CRAZY short range though
My only contact with ships is War Thunder naval and that thing looks like the reserve pre world war 1 Novik class Frunze destroyer with elongated stern and copy paste gun placements that give you for free at the very beginning of the bluewater ship tech tree lol
Right after he sank the Chumphon at 16:00 he should have headed to B and then A to take away both caps while his team members continued to fight the other team in C & D. This would have raised the points totals faster than any losses at C & D and his team would have won.... maybe.
I "think" it's the SS Normandie. Classic French cruise liner, largest and fastest at the time of construction and holder of the Blue Riband for the fastest crossing of the Atlantic and product of the dry dock in St. Nazaire, Seized during WWII by the US, renamed USS Lafayette but caught fire and capsized whilst being converted, it was deemed to expensive too repair and scrapped in 1948. Her construction dry dock was later attacked and wrecked in WWII by ramming the dock gates with HMS Campbeltown with a hugh bomb inside, to prevent the Nazis using it as a repair dock for the Tirpitz (Operation Chariot). Constructed to allow the building of the Normandie, it was the only dry dock large enough on the Atlantic coast.
@@jcorbett9620It's the Italian Ocean liner Aquitania. Only good feature on this map in Randoms. This map screams for less-experienced players to sit back and pew-pew in a bad position, and die quickly when the reds start paying attention to them. Queue that Left blob that was circling behind the East island, thinking they where doing good because they where the only part of the team not getting shot at instead of realizing they had 0 effect on game and where forming an XP pinata for the reds to farm in the end game.
After his torpedo kill on the Chumphon, I wonder if he would have been better off going for the cap circles A & B... difficult to say for certain, as mentioned - it's not the fastest DD...
Q: The Okhotnik is long and narrow - why is it not fast? A: No more space (and no more money) for the engines left, so they made it long and narrow … otherwise it’d be crawling along at

One hell of a game! You were robbed in the end! Now, go to the hospital for some traction and physical therapy since your team broke your back.
Congrats. You are now famous !!
WAR CANOE! WAR CANOE! WAR CANOE! WAR CANOE!
I love the war/death canoe, too.
Well played, sir.
GG! You were robbed! 😂
When I see this ship, Jingles' first video title featuring it pop up in my mind.
"Long, hard and full of seamen"
and 'they asked th czar how many guns and torpedo launchers he wants on his new destroyer' and he said 'all of them!'

"A Clash of Pings" for submarine replays

A Game of Toes - Games where it gets so close where both sides were close to winning it keeps you at the edge of your toes.
The Chumphon's turrets rotating to see the incoming torps a split second before they hit was so satisfying. They look like a bunch of small faces realizing their doom was at hand. XD
Yeah I lmao'd at the time for sure. Loony toons type interaction
In the words of my favourite captain: "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life."
I mean, I committed a few mistakes. Altho I wasn't expecting the NY to have the salvo of the century and nuke half my health xD
Not going for the two caps to the left after killing the Chumphon and New York was a mistake that cost them the game.
@riquelmeone still would have been a loss. Unleash the war canoe!
He had a terrible team. 5 ships lost the D cap to a single BB, and they never really moved from the East. But I guess that's what made it into a Game of Noes.
the layout of the guns on the Okhotnik make it look like a 7 gun firing squad seems so appropriate for a ussr ship.

Jingles writes in the description of each video how to send him a video and the email address to send him the link for it.
@@RichardK.MaxwellI venture a guess that *sending* the gameplay is the lesser problem, extracting/finding the replay may be a much larger issue …
Wow Jingles a new low for you, I am greatly offended that you think we "Hell Cat" drivers go "Beep beep" as we start our matches :3
Wait! We have a horn?!?
I know right? The Hellcat has a airplane engine for God sake.
I was certain you guys had the classic hillbilly horn. " Duh da da da duh, duh da da da duh, na na na na nuh!"
What does that have to do with WoWs?
Right? It's "Meep, meep!"
You know you have watched Jingles for too long when you can guess when he will say the phrase “Smokescreens are torpedo magnets”
silly jingles. You don't turn the GUNS you turn the BOAT.
It's not the ship, it's the Captain. Well played, sir. Wish I was even half as good as you.
I've gotten at least 20 krakens in the war canoe. I like to say that for AA she has 1 drunken russian on deck with a makarov.
Being awfully generous today aren't you.
I swear to you when I saw that Chumphon smoke up I went, "Oooo!" out loud and he heard me. lol
Russian design philosophy of if it’s worth doing, it’s worth overdoing.
US: Hold my beer and watch this.

Tetra did an awesome carry, gg wp
15:00 "(...) because the enemy Chumphon" - is volunteering to get chumphed on.
Thank you for sharing this Epic defeat! 😊
I love this ship, I have one myself (one of the few ships I've ever purchased), and while I am entirely crap, I have had some fun games with it.
Oh noes, a game of noes again. Always breaks my heart...
Love that I'm up before Jingles uploads these!
when I used to still play, I loved the Okhotnik. Real fun!

Great video, thanks!
Heyy I'm in a Jingles replay! (red team Leipzig). I mean, I had a terrible match and died within 5 minutes, but hey, I'm in a Jingles replay! :)
Love that ship!, when I'm feeling down this is it, palate cleanser if you will LOL thank you @The
_MightyJingles take care.
I hope Jingles plays “Sea Power” in the future, it has a “Cold Waters” feel to it and I really enjoy his series on that.
What you're trying to say is that he is technically correct. The best kind of correct.
It's the sculls we love Jingles.
That poor potato Gaede died doing what Gaedes do best: rushing smokes with hydro and getting outgunned

Actually Jingles Izmail is T6, Sinop is T7
I do love that boat.

Gratz to that captain.
Oh man... What an effort!
Got me at "beep, beep, zoom, zoom, oh i'm dead"!!
showcasing good players in bad games is worth more than good players in good games keep it up pls
It looks like the Okhotnik plays like the IJN destroyer the Isokaze.
Good game the best moment was that Chumphon eat that bunch of torps.
16.15 is there a more satisying thing then watching a line of torpedos land along the waterline of a enemy ship
Lordy, that matchmaking.
What a bummer of a match.
@ 3:43, in the cove, is that the Titanic or the Olympic? I know it's not the Britannic, as it's not in hospital colors. LOL
Whats next? a games of woes? Looking forward to A Game of Hoes.
Strong Jingles, strong!
Most of the team cowers and sits still broadside to the enemy. Standard Wow's match.
Only Russian weightlifters on steroids have carried harder than Tetra_OwO... That's a double hernia at least...
Ah good to seeya Jingles^^
Brilliant Battle!!!
The Okhotnik looks too much like work to be fun.
+1 to the war canoe!
Thanks for the laughs jingles
Okhotnik is fun in co-op when you just rush with engine boost and sink ships
Good yolo dd and cap contester.
Ah the Classic wall of skill ship.
Is that the Titanic in that lagoon?
90 km traveled in 20 minutes. Wait a minute.
Every time you say West Virginia I feel like saying mountain mama.
The German nickname for this boat is „Stalins Dackel“ which means Stalins sausage dog 😂
Hunter. a good boat.

"War Canoe"; the LOLS started early.
All the best PC :)
It seems that after killing the T7 cruiser he should have sailed straight to beta cap
The rear guns are 360s. Does not take 32 seconds to rotate
👍👍
thats an insane torp range like i get it 4.5 km seems decent if it wasnt a huge sending ship but , why so short ? what would the advantage even be?
Say Okhotnik 10 times fast, ill wait
That is a bery russian turret arrangement.
Video of jingles repeating himself for 23 mins lol
i miss my tier 5 minikaze with the 10km torps. i could have taken that into a tier 10 battle and still done well

DDs aren't as vulnerable to tier differences than other classes. Torps still torp after all.
Why did the enemy NY just skirt point C?
All these BB fools had to do was run away and hide.😢
i'm confused, this was a win thrown away ? a game of throws ?
Lets go lets go
