Walton Simon's in my opinion is the actual main antagonist throughout the game He taunt's you,you actually fight him and you encounter him rather early in the game He had more build up and is an overall more awesome villain than Bob page

The other category is a game where every event is scripted (just unique moments in time which cannot be altered and are not related through an underlying system of rules) .

Yes. The game was also supposed to have a split when you left unatco whether to leave and join your brother or stay and fight him, but it was cut because budget concerns. That's why I was confused and thought the dialogue went from "optional stay" to "fuck you manderley"
If you completed the game only once, you definitely missed a lot. It takes at least a few playthroughs to do everything, even if you know how to do it. If you're just exploring and trying stuff, you'll keep finding new things even after 10 runs.

I love Walton Simons. He is the best villain in this game. Though he’s Bob Page’s muscle, he’s deadly, but sophisticated. And he seems to hate JC even more than Page does. The duel between the two at the end was epic.
He's one of the most charismatic villains in video games. He's cruel, cold, soulless with a voice that fits the character perfectly. He's my favorite character after JC.

The phrase "The real plague, eating at the minds of the american people [...] this new arrogance and sense of entitlement" Really speaks to me about this character for some reason. As if Simons, unlike what I get from Bob Page who was likely just born wealthy and powerful (I may be wrong), Simons started as a regular man who followed orders and followed them tightly and well, never questioning the authority of his superiors. Until a point where he became one of the big players, and it repulses him how Denton and many others can either be so unruly or incompetent at their jobs.

I didn't know he somehow survives the first attack and u have to fight him again. I remember killing him in the train rack place and then never saw him again.
He doesn't show up again if you kill him the first time. The video simply killed him, then reloaded a save and fled the first fight so he'd show up again in area 51
Who or what the hell is Angel/OA? It's mentioned by Walton Simons, but there's no follow up or backstory to this. I've looked it up and can't find anything on it.

Aside from a few goofy lines, I liked JC's dialogue. Paul, Bob Page, Jaime, Carter, Manderly, Alex, etc all have perfectly acceptable voice acting.
