@shoothelpmeany1 Cunningham... It's just too good to pass up... Couple a quarterback who can make plays with his feet with an above average (if not stellar) offensive line and you have the deadliness of the eagles now (not to mention defensive aggression and awareness). If any of these parts fail--such as Vick being hurt--of course the Team would suffer because it's ecosystem would change. This Vick highlight film predicates the Vick of now. Somehow Atlanta couldn't hone this...
i thought it was ironic 2 c dis clip and he's playin on the eagles field and now he's wit da eagles and even more crazy is that the eagles played to night AND vick scored.
@shoothelpmeany1 I never said they can't have success. Obviously there are plenty of exceptions. But it's much more common for a talented QB to make his receivers great, then for a receiver to make his QB great. There's a reason the Falcon's passing game struggled, and it wasn't because of a lack of receiving talent. I also stated Jackson makes Vick's job easier. As noted by his ridiculously high YAC.
@shoothelpmeany1 Here's my nickel: It's fair to say that an average quarterback with stellar receivers is no different than an awesome quarterback with average receivers. You both are almost arguing the same thing, although Vick is one of a kind (can throw accurately at a great distance, is patient, and can run out of danger and allow a play to develop further); this is the whole theory behind the benefits of a mobile quarterback. The Eagles have sought mobile quarterbacks since Randall
Micheal Vick is a hell of a athlete and I'm over the dog fighting fiasco, however he is too impatient in the pocket to be an effective every down QB. He doesn't trust his blockers and is so reliant on his legs he doesn't look down field long enough to see plays fully develop, this can all be worked on however and i believe he will do well on the eagles. Good luck Vick!
Holy crap a real option why can't we do this now with Tyrod oh right Ricky Bustle coordinated the offense then if he was hear we'd never pass only handoffs&Q.B draws&options
@chiladin Roddy White, Ashley Lelie, and Alge Crumpler. And no, a QB does make his receivers great. No matter how good a WR is, if his QB can't get him the ball it doesn't matter. As I said before, Moss in Oakland and Owens in Buffalo. DeSean Jackson was a great WR long before Vick became the starter. He makes the QB's job a lot easier.
@chiladin I would have to disagree on the point Vick has never had any receivers. A QB makes his receivers good, not the other way around. As good as Moss, Owens, and Smith are, look at what they did without a QB. Moss did nothing in Oakland, Owens did nothing in Buffalo, and Smith hasn't been relevant since 2008. Vick had plenty of talented WR's, he was just never very effective throwing the ball.
ooh man i haven't heard this song in forever.
@dkobe that's the first thing i thought when i heaard this song...man i miss those days
i remember watchin vick play in college. im a die hard VT fan and will neva forget wut he did for us.
this makes me wanna play madden 2003
He has to scramble so much! In that 3rd quarter the blitz was unrelenting
I think Shyrone Stith
Why are they playing on the Eagle's field?
#1: This was veteran's stadium. #2: How is it "ironic"?
lol well i think he thought it was at eagles stadium becuase of the big eagle in the middle and its ironic because he plays for the eagles
Why the music? I would like to here what was being said at the time!
i can not wait to see him play again

@chrisndalia I think we now know he is better patient than eratic. He's playing better than ever, and he can now pass the ball as good as anyone.
Was Danny Klecko on this Temple team on 99?
hay bro nice song and video thx
Mike was electric on the college and pro levels. Beautiful throwing motion when he whipped the ball into the arms of the receiver.
I think it was, it is just called Veterans stadium, where the Eagles play.
Vick is absolutely incredible...
probably be going to VT next year btw haha
@MultiDaredevil123 Cause Temple is in Philly and they used the Eagles stadium for this game. I'm not sure temple even has their own stadium.
i thought it was ironic 2 c dis clip and he's playin on the eagles field and now he's wit da eagles and even more crazy is that the eagles played to night AND vick scored.

@Hondaftw1 fair enough i apologize
@chrisndalia He's good but no Super Bowl--patience....
