I absolutely agree with you. I do get sad and teary eyed whenever I listen to Amy's songs. She was so incredibly talented, rare and so raw. She was taken too soon, indeed 💕
Finally some reactions of the british queen! Amy Winehouse was such a pure talent and soul, made it look so effortless. Such a shame how it all ended. If you could react to more videos of her that would be dope. Look up a video title '(Amy Winehouse - "Back to Black" (BEST LIVE PERFORMANCE)' , if you would react to that next that would be great. Or really any of her acoustic/live performances. She is amazing in all of them.
Ugh. I love Amy .... so much feeling. You are happy when you hear her but then you can feel the emotion and pain in her voice. The most beautifully unique voice that just cuts right to you. Always the most basic music in the background and ... her voice creates everything!
Man she the only one that gave me goosebumps when she start singing 💔 it’s sad man i love her so much and miss her i couldn’t describe it :/ #AmyForever #RipAmy
@@NJCHEESE Thank you Sir ...She was a very powerful force to deal with RIP sweet Amy you left us with your legacyA very essential north London Jewish girl with slot of soul 🕎✡️
Check out her live performance cover song of 'I love you more than you'll ever know' plus any live performance on Jools Holland(especially the song Teach Me Tonight). These are must sees.
Great reaction !! Amazing singer and songwriter I think she was talented without drugs even though she had bad moments. You should react to her Frank era when she first started I think she was amazing in that era vocals were different and fire.
I don't agree that doing drugs creates great art, Amy made legendary music in spite of it, not because of it. Sure, the fact she had real life problems was reflected in the lyrics of her music, but doing drugs and alcohol didn't make her a great singer, it destroyed her, literally in the end. There are recordings of performances of her where she is clearly drunk and/or high on stage and trust me, it didn't improve her singing. She just was such a hugely gifted person that even in spite of all this she was able to gift us with so many great songs.
I think what it is is that the most talented artists usually become addicts because they are sensitive, pure souls. It's usually the drugs that they think unlock their creativity but it's the drugs and alcohol that is used to deal with the industry, the fame and any traumas they've had in their lives. Fame is a bitch! It's messed up and not a normal thing that most people never experience. This on top of their talent attracting predators to them. I saw a documentary on Amy where her parents allowed her to do what she wants as a kid. Her father was an absentee parent. She craved love and laid herself bare to people that wanted to give it to her. A recipe for disaster. She wanted her dad's love and he exploited her along with the men in her life who introduced her to drugs... it's sadly, not an unusual story. Rest.in.power Amy Winehouse...
It is REALLY SAD! She was like a GENIUS MUSICAL /SINGER! She’s like the Best Natural JAZZSinger Ever ???? Like as good as Ella & Sarah & SHES SOOOO TALENTED IT IS THE BEST SNGING IVE EVER HEARD!!! It IS CRAZY I TOTALLY AGREE WITH U! Why wouldn’t Anybody REALLY HELP HER GET IT TOGETHER! She’s Like MOST AMAZING LEGEND & WE SHOULDNT HAVE LET HER DIE!?
It is sad to watch when someone so full of life and talent is snatched away from us. I don't think I can ever fully put her to rest in my mind. Fortunately we have a small consolation of having her recordings but we know her best was still in front of her. That's the toughest part.
Please, react to "underneath", the studio version, one of the most beautiful balads I've ever heard. It's a music from Tarja Turunen's solo carrer. Thank you very much!
With you all the way on your comments. She was something. The hardest thing to take is that her best was in front of her yet to emerge. Such a letdown. Just realized this to be my second comment here to this tune. I'd like to guarantee that it's my last but can make no such promise. Because I will return periodically for another dose. Doctors orders!
That was the literal last performance before she died so pretty sure she was in an awful place... Not glorifying her drinking but she contributed 5 years of fantastic, often drunk, performances prior to that. Absolutely her downfall but she was definitely drunk for most of her lauded live performances.

Was this the BBC2 live lounge performance? She wasn't going to release it but the reaction was so amazing it had to be released.
it really does suck that she's gone
Thank you sir....btw she was clean here...
She wrote her own songs
Great 👍
Wrote her own songs but this is a cover. She's a brilliant songwriter though.
She was already discovered and talented before the drugs

No. Amy did terrible music when she was drunk/drugged. Look up her Serbia concert. it was awful
