As you may or may not know, I danced Ballet for most life. I started when I was 3 years old and went on to dance all the way through college, I even earned my Bachelor’s in Dance and Communications from UCDavis! Dance is a huge part of my life and has continued to influence me in my workouts and training to this day. I love to focus on posture, core stability, and functional strength. Plus I always enjoy putting on a show and PERFORM for my UA-cam workouts. This 15 min dancer ballet abs workout video was inspired by my years of dance training and many of the moves we did when warming up for our dance rehearsals. In this dancer ballet abs workout you will strengthen and shape lean, long muscles for a strong dancer’s physique. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it for you and I hope its a video you can return to to feel good!

Do anyone feel a back pain while doing this? I'm a teenager. Is this a bad sign ?
You may be doing too much. Rest and ice help👍🏻
Ballet and Pilates are challenging to the back if your abs aren't strong. If I "feel" my lower back when doing those exercises I try to find a modification. Pulling in your abdominal muscles and tightening your core helps. Believe it or not compressing down your shoulders and pulling them back also helps release your lower back from overcompensating. You might want to schedule a video session with Caroline so she can teach you about form. Oh, and, SQUEEZE your butt cheeks.
