  • Week 1 of my new training block still strength focused but moving the specificity dial a notch and getting some more acceleration work trying to get that su bingtian start for indoors.

      It’s VmaxPro it’s a IMU unit tracking the velocity pretty cool training tool!

    what are your strength ratios now for squat, powerlean, powersnatch in relation to BW?

      I can squat 2.2x bw pc 1.69x bw and power snatch 1.21x bw (these numbers are a bit skewed but I’ll try again after indoor szn I assume!)

      how did you find the cycle and how was deload week Brodie?

      @@camyjumps I actually quite enjoyed this cycle, 20x1 EMOM was a little rough but was still fun. I was traveling so I was doing depth drops instead of sprints. The deload went hard I hit a snatch PR, squat PR, and power clean PR! I also jumped very high but fatigue caught up to me quick in the session.
