This shit drives me nuts. I’ve been wanting to play mgs4 but the ps3 it works on shit the bed. Why in the hell won’t they make a new version of mgs4? Imo its the best mgs game to date.
i guess they could add MGS4 to the MGS Master Collection at some point, who knows

I run an emulator for mgs4 truly worth it

I'm glad it's back but it's a shame you need custom firmware/ hen for ps3, unlike most other revival projects that just need a DNS change
yeah it’s not the most convenient but it’s all we have to work with for the time being, at least the setup process for both PS3/PC aren’t long or complicated

it’s possible but it’s not recommended, as the game lacks native mouse support

no, the poor performance from mac is unplayable
@@slo2slo the new silicon macs (m1/m2/m3) can run rpcs3 through Crossover. Works great. Wonder if that's worth looking into

This works on PS3 natively? That's great! But what if you're a fool like me who's console banned from SEN?
you need CFW or HEN setup on your PS3, and you do not need a PSN, just a working internet connection
