You have given us the privilege of being invited into your life which is a beautiful and immensely difficult one. Yes you are cooking and making tea, yes you are anxious about scan results, yes you are worried about your family but none of this is abnormal or misleading. Bless your heart ❤️...I've watched you from the beginning, and you have been through so much. She obviously couldn't have watched your story properly. I was diagnosed with vulva cancer back in 2021 and its the most terrifying thing you can imagine. You don't need idiots like this upsetting you and making you feel worse. I’ll be a grandma again so I’m going to be taking a road trip from Minnesota to Colorado.baby is due in April. My heart has been giving me issues, it beats fast and then off. I take propranolol and it’s not working but I have a call into my doctor. Just seems like we are losing compassion here in the states. I love watching you inner act with your fur babies.

Dear Sam, don't let them get you down. You know people are so stupid and inconsiderate sometimes. We know you are a wonderful, caring, honest person who is just doing her best to live with this awful disease. Regarding your loss of energy, worry and depression can cause that. Maybe ask your doctor about something like Wellbutrin? It helped give me energy and a more positive outlook. Maybe it or something like it could help you too. Hi Sam great to see you, my mental health hasn’t been great either and find it so hard to get going, started a new job so called dream job and I walked out can you believe that? Think it was bit of a breakdown tbh. Mums doing good thank god she had the 6 month wait for scan and all was good no change, so sending you so much positively. Who ever this person was she is insensitive and ridiculous don’t take her on Sam.xxxx

We know you are not deceiving anyone and that critic should be ignored. Tell her to chew nails. Perhaps you need to see a therapist about your mental health and explore medication possibilities. Hey , I already have an appointment with my doctor next Monday so I’ll definitely chat to her about how I’m feeling, I am already on medication for my depression and anxiety, I also called the hospice nurse today she is getting back to me tomorrow so fingers crossed. I sure hope you will find the strength somehow so you can feel a bit better. Maybe stop setting so many goals, focus one one thing and follow through on that before thinking about the next thing. Make your goals more attainable and you’ll feel better each time you finish one! 👍♥️

My scan is 7th March 😬
My neck becomes swollen and glands/nodes swell up and I have difficulty swallowing when it happens. You could be brewing an infection, but mine seem to happen with nothing.
Could be a nodule on your lung.
Ignore haters some just like winding people up for no reason 💕 you haven’t been untruthful at all, you I and everyone else knows that.

You're looking quite beautiful, Sam. Not really sure what to say about the lack of energy. Have you had any bloodwork lately to see if you might be lacking something which might cause you to feel tired? Or do you think it's psychological - worry, stress, depression?
This may be a really silly suggestion, but the minute you wake up, go onto UA-cam and watch a comedian who really makes you laugh hard. It might pick you up before you spiral down. A 5-10 minute laugh work-out each morning.
Social media/the internet can be a nasty place, full of trolls - miserable, mean-spirited people. Like Obi Wan Kenobi said, "You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy."

You shouldnt have to justify why you are still making dinner and now and again you do youtube videos, because you have some motivation. What do they expect you to do, just sit and not do anything? You’re under no obligation to educate her you are simply sharing your story, if she wants educating there is google, but the reality is that cancer is an individual journey and in this country with an NHS we have to wait so that’s why it might seem as though nothings happening.
