With the printed building instructions alone I was lost a few times. Your video series made it so much clearer what I had to do. Thank you very much for sharing this.
Thank you Curtis, I don’t have a tuning video as yet but it is something I could put together as soon as I have the opportunity. Thanks for watching and for your comments.
Hi...great video. Would you mind sharing what you used for onboard camera and possibly a photo of it. I'm a 'big boat' sailing photographer and have been asked to photo/video some Dragonflight sailing up in the northeast. On-board shots would be amazing. Thanks
Hi , Thanks. Not sure I can post a pic in these replies but I used a DJI Action camera (first edition) with a sticky mount (similar to a gopro) The camera, if placed far enough back on the deck, will fit nicely under the boom. It does affect the performance of the boat though due to the extra weight.
I also think you'd be better off with a 360 camera so you can choose the point of view in post. If I had a 360 camera that's what I would use for sure.
Great videos Sailing Skismo, I am trying to share this video on a website I have created on DF Sailing in Australia. We have featured this 7 part series on the website, google DF Sailing Australia, This last video part 7 can not be shared though as the code won't work, do you have a lock on this Part 7 video? Please Help
Thanks for watching and using these videos, that’s great👍, not sure why number 7 is playing hard to get, try this link ua-cam.com/video/xpOY_fzbB3M/v-deo.htmlsi=-B9S003-JteJY0sm

@sailingskismo I do have the gopro max. I may give it a try. I'll check clearances etc. I do have a video posted of when I was sailing a big boat.
