- In this video I describe the basis of behavior modification programs, describe why they are used, and how it works. These methods are used in Mkultra, Monarch, and the hundreds of similar programs used on children.
I randomly clicked on the part where you talk about “kids telling on themselves”. Keeping secrets is hectic. Being transparent (or trying to) feels liberating.

i dont know all the terms and technicalities but i can now look back and see they had been shaping my whole perspective from early childhood. this video is a really god explanation of how they do it

7:38 "Meditation is very good for rewiring neural pathways." Very interesting. I am not sure what it means to meditate, but I have heard many people recommend this as a practice for anybody.
@@ZoggyWoggyII Usually mindfulness type meditation is good for healthily retiring trauma neural pathways :) I think everyone can benefit from it! Even for stress or daily relaxing. “Leaves on a stream” is a good one and there are different versions!
Consider trying it out. It puts you in a more neutral state so you can see non-beneficial tactics that much clearer, and you can also recognize beneficial tactics and individuals clearer as well. It aids in discerning your environment
Connecting mind to breath. It also helps to connect action and breath to your own Will. Yoga has been extremely healing for me. I recommend Yoga With Adriene.
