Now i got envoy bp of a 37 elite hiro. That is very strange because on day one i got every time a chest with Skulls inside.

Yesterday 35 and 37 hirogen elite Drop 8000 parsteel and 2 Star ship blueprints out of the Loot chests.
Interesting that people are using different ships to attack it because that ship has a better loot bonus.
I saw one survey ship show up. It had a ton more goodies in it. Just one though.
I got one last night too, had a couple thousand loot in it but yes they are pretty rare spawns.

50 days of turn-ins...but you could certainly stock up to avoid having to grind hostiles each day
