Please everybody, stop putting down music during your instruction videos. Distracting and sometimes can't hear the speaker.

It doesn't look like the the threads went deep enough to actually secure the hook. If the threads aren't all the way through, they aren't holding squat.

Not sure what you are looking at. The entire nut is in the threads. Run this for 3 seasons and no issues

@@mudbrats When you screwed in the anchor to your existing floor rail, it appeared (to me at least) that the shaft of the anchor may not have been long enough, based on how few times you turned the SC anchor, for the threads to fully protrude through the floor nut. When viewed from underneath the trailer, you should see a minimum of 2 threads out the bottom of the anchor, which is the industrial standard for securing a bolt in a nut. You likely won't have an issue until you need it the most during emergency breaking, or some type of collision, when the 500lb sled will more easily than it should, break free and commence it's travel forward.

@@ApexLTX56 There isn’t that much thread on these rail anchors - that’s threaded all the way...On my new trailer I used the long shaft threaded posts with nuts right through the bottom of the trailer.
