I was headed to SA, but since SA borders are closed to US citizens. Guess what the World is my playground. I'll see you guys as soon as I pack and ship my container.. Will be checking out your boy jackson asap for that fabulous unfurnished house. Thank you for your videos which have impacted me greatly. See you sooner than I thought.♥️😀♥️😁😇

    She is 100% about the land scams in Ghana. Do not even dream about buying land in Ghana. She is 100% right. Consult with someone like her or an African friend in the diaspora before buying any land in Ghana or in Africa period.

      You say she is 100% right about land scams and yet she was able to buy so much prime land with no problems !
      Even though there are land scams, it doesn’t mean every single one is a scam and if only people didn’t try to cut corners and went through the right channels, they wouldn’t have problems. I’m hoping they stop the practice of selling to non-Ghanaians altogether !

    • @backtotheoldway6964
      @backtotheoldway6964 3 роки тому

      @@esson7994 Not sure what you mean? They are not allowed to sell land to foreigners at all in Ghana. It should be the case that foreigners can acquire nothing more than a lease. Under a few very tricky loopholes you can get a small house, but acquiring hectares and hectares of land is out of the question. I don't know her story, but if she is not Ghanaian, I'm sure she was not able to buy land. Perhaps she holds the lease on some land? Or she has Ghanaian relatives who own land? I strongly doubt she owns whatever land you are talking about in her own right.

    @kuuku006 3 роки тому +16

    She is a citizen of Ghana and she talks like she's standing on the front porch (Ghana's) looking in. Lol.. that's why acquired citizenship wouldn't allow you to stand for president or high office. ..i now understand. She's Ghanaian (she has a Ghana passport and id card) but no patriotism on her part. She would sell Ghana easily just because she's in Rwanda talking with fellow AA. To clarify why i say she would sell Ghana easily is because even with her commentary, there are loopholes in her story that could have easily being corroborated with research before opening her mouth with incorrect half truth information about her own country.

    • @denniscasely-hayford3245
      @denniscasely-hayford3245 3 роки тому +7

      Agreed. She was given an opportunity in Ghana and this is her pay back; so sad. Again, she can sing the praises of Rwanda all she can, but dare not do so at the expense of Ghana.

    • @kuuku006
      @kuuku006 3 роки тому +6

      @@denniscasely-hayford3245 i know the hotel she owns. I believe she has made enough money from there (Ghana), to rent/buy that property in Rwanda. Then, she opens the floodgates of her mouth to spite the hand that fed her.

    • @denniscasely-hayford3245
      @denniscasely-hayford3245 3 роки тому +5

      @@kuuku006 Agreed. She attempted to clarify and modify her statement regarding the eating of dogs and cats in a live stream with the Nomads. However, in my books the damage has already been done. Her rhetoric is just laden with negative statements about Ghana, which wasn't necessary. Both countries, and for that matter, all countries have pros and cons. There was no need to juxtapose both countries and criticize one at the expense of the other, when it is not necessary. Especially, criticizing the country that did a lot for her.

      Brother you are so right. Watching some these AA repat videos has been very enlightening. I was also initially for an automatic citizenship process but my views are slowly changing. We need to be selective with this process,unfortunately.

    • @denniscasely-hayford3245
      @denniscasely-hayford3245 3 роки тому +4

      @@edemsenah9597 I totally agree. Some of these AA repats literally hail insults at the people and country they reside in. It is for this reason The Gambia decided not to grant automatic citizenship. How can you come to someone's house, which you want to stay in and demean the house and its residents. Totally unacceptable. Those who do this should be repatriated to whence they cometh from, period!!

    She is giving freaking wrong information. If she doesn't want to stay in Ghana any more, that is her perogative. She should stop bashing the Ghana government. The government is doing the right thing in protecting its citizens. There is nothing wrong in taking the test at your country of origin and then taking it again when you arrive in Ghana. It's called extreme protection and safety. You guys should go and research what she is saying, since you seem to be acknowledging and believing anything she says about Ghana. I am okay with African Americans choosing their desired African country to live in. What I am not okay with, and will not tolerate, is when she appears to be singing the praises of Rwanda at the expense of Ghana; especially, when the information she spews about Ghana is inaccurate and without the proper context.
