No, he spends a lot of time preparing. If you can figure that out right before the challenges starts then you are good, but spending a month or more each time is not that great. And you also don't know if he even plans himself or other people do.

criminals do prepare months in advance for stuff like this while the professionals thats catch them only have a matter of days PLUS years of experience
While those who say it's still valid due to the experience of the people he's asking, and that SOME criminals actually plan months ahead...in a "realistic" scenario, most do not plan that far ahead or research these specific ways to get away with all of these things. In addition, the years of experience would only be the real argument people have here, but every situation is different, and they have teams, police force, and even communities helping them. With that, he's only going up against 1 person (or animal), while true he escaped that singular person, in a real situation it would not be 1 person to escape from. It's still interesting to watch, but it's def. not to be taken seriously.
