Kevin Richardson also has a pride of lions that he basically lives with too. His best friend is a 13 year old lion, and the lions treat him as a fellow member of the pride. The man is more animal than man.

PRETTY sure all those "buffalo" are American Bison
I think that the confusione may came fron the horns's form, even though American bisons and buffalos are really different animals. The bison got very long fur while the buffalo got short fur. I don't know where the confusion between the two species derives.

This Paula lady is someone I hadn't heard of, and rewilding human-habituated lions isnt problematic only for the reason they're habituated, but because of habitat loss.
