OBS Cloud hosting services like Antiscuff, IRL toolkit or Psynaps for example. Or if you can find a decently priced dedicated server hosting with GPU.

NOALBS is not possible with the self-hosted relay, because it has no bitrate statistics. You can use Loopy's SRT switcher in timeout mode instead.
