    Quick & Easy Yoghurt Dip Recipe. Boondi Raita Recipe is the easiest Indian Curd Preparation, which can be made by adding boondi in yogurt (dahi / curd) and then flavored with some spices. It is a nice side dish recipe which can be served along with biryanis and pulaos, especially with Zarda Pulao. Boondi Raita is one of the most traditional North Indian Raita recipe, and famous in every part of India.
    Ingredient Quantity
    Boondi 1 Cup
    Yogurt 1 Cup
    Milk ½ Cup
    Water ½ Cup + 2 Cup
    Salt to taste
    Green chilli chopped 2 no.
    Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
    Red chilli powder ½ tsp + for sprinkle
    Chat Masala 1½ tsp
    Roasted cumin powder for sprinkle
    Method:
    1. Heat 2 cups of water in a pan.
    2. Take yogurt in a Bowl, add milk and ½ cup of water and mix well.
    3. Add salt, green chillies chopped, coriander chopped, red chilli powder and chat masala, mix well and keep it aside.
    4. Take Boondi in another bowl, add hot water, mix well and keep it aside for 5-6 min.
    5. After 5-6 min. Press the Boondi in your palms, to Squeeze the water from them and add to the prepared yogurt, mix well and keep it aside for 30. min.
    6. Remove in a serving bowl, sprinkle red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
