Hello dear, you may soak the boondi briefly before adding to the raita, which will give you a soft texture. For those who like it a little crunchy, add the boondi without soaking. Hope this answered your question:)

How can people have Biryani without raita? Sheer madness I tell you! Sheer madness! Biryani without raita is like french fries without ketchup or tea without sugar or food without salt or coke without the fizz or nihari without meat! One HAS to go with the other!
A lot of people have french fries with mayo in Europe. They will find french with ketch up example absurd. Lots of people around India, north & central, accompany raita, achar with biryani & a host of others dishes like parathas. Nobody has to live up to your standards.
Boondi= original molecular gastronomy of the Indian country. Like how you put it for our international friends 👌🏻😊

"A terrible mistake" - your glasses? You could look so better with different ones! Great video in any case!
Do you boil the boondi? Great video thank you.

I believe they drop the batter into hot oil.
👵🏻🐾💕🇨🇦
If your asking in terms if making boondi, the batter is being deep fried in hot oil
@@heidigi836 it's not batter is Chana -chick pea
Firs5
I use only 5 ingredients- Dahi, cumcumber, onion, chili, Black salt
Very nice but strangely you haven’t shown simple onion raita!
I am from Bangladesh and here curd is too sour. If I mix some suger will it ruin the recipe??
Best rated I ever had the best way to ever had r raita I have had with just like it was just yogurt and a little bit of a carrot and a little bit of just just a little bit of potato potato potato is so good and so I love that Rita and I you know I love there's a place called rural India and real real India and to say sorry real there's a place called rural India and real real India and to say sorry royal india

Murgi aur chicken Khanae wala Rita kya kRe ga😂

I dig your passion
But I like without raita😅🥹
Comparing tea without sugar to food without salt is really over exaggerating!
A lot of people have french fries with mayo in Europe. They will find french with ketch up example absurd. Lots of people around India, north & central, accompany raita, achar with biryani & a host of others dishes like parathas. Nobody has to live up to your standards.
@@goat1401 They HAVE to!
Thanks for explaining what Bundi is for us
Uncooked chili powder
You look funny in those spects.
Stupid question 🙋♀️ is curd yogurt? That’s what I’m assuming 😅
Yes, Curd is yogurt.
Yummy 😋😋
