true words. so many people, even riding waves (!!!) can not switch feet. a real pity. arguing "i do not need it", an then complaining about shoulder and knee pain...... like wearing too small shoes..... thanx for sharing
Thank you thank you! After efoiling the last 3 summers I'm all in to learn wing foiling. And i've NOT switched feet on the efoil much and know I have to because ambi (foot?) dexterous. Very helpful
I definately fell into the camp that moved to HA foils before I properly learnt the gybe and foot switch but things are falling into place more than ever nao that I have mounted a front V footstrap. That has made a huge difference to control.

@andrewjamez one of many who have moved to HA quickly, but it will just take a little more time to get the foot switches dialed
