Tried that bait today and caught a lot of fish but nothing real big. Biggest was a 19.3 . Love the bait though. Thanks alot

Jello is a flavored gelatin desert.
You should be able to find the Jell-o mixture in the baking aisle. Any big box store will carry it. The brands in this video are all Wal-Mart brand.
So it looks like all you did was throw all the common bait ingredients together.
