If you ranked the 100 funniest things ever said on radio, clips from RSK on xfm would be all 100 of them. Imagine if you were driving, listening to this live, and you heard Karl say "it was like a ripped tennis ball"... I would've crashed.
Honestly, I don’t think so. I’d pit maybe 10-15 moments from the show in top 100, and 2-3 in the top 10. Anthony Cumia, Louis CK, Jim Morton, Patrice O Neal, Bob Kelly, Colin Quinn and Jay Mohr are sickeningly funny on radio.
Heck, Ricky was funnier on opie & Anthony than on this show. What made this show excellent was Karl.
The horse in the house is still the quintessential Karl moment for me. Just says it in passing like it's nothing out of the ordinary. Definitely get why it's Steve's favourite moment.

I was in physical pain laughing at the horse in the house story, a comedy writer couldn't come up with something as genius as that

Karl is always all over the place regarding animals. Sometimes he's ridiculously empathetic to some insect, imagining it thinks like a person, other times he's like, "what is so bright about them" or "let's get rid of it".
Or the perfect example is in this episode. Ricky says a Bonobo is the smartest monkey (supposedly), Karl who created "Monkey News" (at least the content), where monkeys behave like cartoons and little people, wonders if a Bonobo could do anything that makes them comparable to a human.
All over the place.
That's what makes him so .. interesting. There is no logic to his thinking

I'm pretty sure that guy with the A-level is wrong. The more trials you have, the closer the probability of some event happening gets to 1. So if you have infinite trials, the probability is 1, so it happens
But it's totally possible to go an infinate amount of time without doing something right?
Ricky Wheeler it depends on what time you was making that statement as time needs consciousness to perceive it
@@frusciantesplectrum7980there is no point where consciousness can perceive the fact that an infinite amount of time has passed because infinity never passes it goes on for ever and ever, therefore you can never say it hasn't worked because an infinite amount of time would not have passed. The probability is always 1
