Yes! Of course Daredevil would have better fight scenes. Arrow started with a way smaller budget and had to figure a lot of things on their own. Daredevil came way later and probably had people learning off of Arrows mistakes and improved on them.

He kept up with the flash who is faster and has better reaction time than dd so dd's supersenses won't matter since the flash clearly has better reaction time. Arrow has dogded bullets from deadshot who has way better aim than bullseye and punisher. And those guys could tag daredevil. Daredevil does so well in h2h but struggles against stronger people like kingpin. Arrow is stronger than dd and does not really struggle against stronger people like, Derek sampson (superstrength and pain immunity), that big bravta in the last season. In conclusion arrow is a better fighter because he has beaten people who are quicker and stronger than daredevil. I like daredevil but arrow is a better fighter.

Most of the time, no (but that doesn't mean the choreography is drowned in edits and cuts). However the most memorable, and generally considered the best, are in one take. Season 3 had a fight scene, a conspiracy reveal, and assisted escape all in one shot (it was 11 minutes of one take).
Mabye arrow is a lot stronger than Matthew. But Matt has the endurance of 50 ninjas, he beat the hell out of like 15 guys with broken bones and was tired before the fight. If arrow were in the same situation, he would get demolished. The speed for daredevil is SUPER fast. Think about the hallway fight without any disadvantages. Daredevil would demolish them all.
