Yes, last year of Mobutu's rule was horrible because of spillover of Rwandan Genocide, it was also horrible because of tribalism that has appeared again, first time after Mobutu took power, all because of terrible policies of Zairean Government, but, Congo today is even bigger mess than it was under Mobutu, but again, it looks like that DR Congo has bright future because of Chinese investments, i wish Congolese state and Congolese people best.
