I had similar problem on my 2022 model 3 with 37k KM on it. It have been used through only 2 winter seasons, and it was indeed very very stuck. I do however live in Norway, where we drive in a salty slush all winter long.
I felt so bad that I couldn't' get it out without leaving any marks on my caliper, but seeing this video I guess I shouldn't complain at all.
What I did notice, or rather didn't notice, was that I couldn't find any grease what so ever on the thicker part of the pin that goes into the caliper (the one with the plastic on). Maybe this is so it won't come loose, I don't know, but I did at lease put grease there after cleaning them up, and I still didn't even remotely feel like it would ever fall out on its own.
Lesson learned; Remove - clean - grease - reinstall, at every single summer/winter wheel change.

agreed, most Tech's that do maintenance on the brakes put some kind of silicone grease on the pins to avoid them getting stuck next time you service them. I plan to work on the other front brakes later this year to ensure they don't get more corroded and hopefully they will come out easily.
