Just wanted to share our experience. Animal kingdom lodge is $4200 for our dates for a studio room. DVC price with David’s for the same room is $1500. We ended up booking a 2 bedroom villa for $4100! $100 cheaper than the standard room price through Disney! Blowing my mind and idk if I can ever Disney without DVC again.
I tried renting through David’s, but everything booked until next year late April. What I learned is you can CALL David’s instead of waiting on the online request saving you the deposit issues. Lastly, David’s will NOT refund any $$$ once booked, so insurance is a MUST DO. I normally don’t book that far in advance ~ so this will be a new experience! Thank you for the vlog!
Tried to get a reservation for March 2022 at the Polynesian. They had no credits available. Waited nearly a month, no news. Guess they don't have a whole lot of inventory. Money refunded immediately.

The guy has NO sense of creativity, design and company's history. I wonder how long he will last until guest satisfaction drops to the ground. Can the Disney fans have their parks back, please?

We have booked through David's Vacation Club several times and had a great experience. As mentioned, you have to pay it all up front and the cancellation policy is less flexible than regular booking. 10/10 would buy DVC points again.
Just booked through David's DVC a few days ago and we leave in a few weeks. Can't wait 😁. Total of $817 for 4 nights at Kidani Village. I figure it's much better to rent the points. For a week or 10 days you pay about as much as the yearly maintenance fees without the additional buy in price.
I went with DVC Store for the trip I just came back from. I paid only $1100 for 6 nights at a value studio in AKL Jambo House. We had a gorgeous view of the pool and a partial savanna view, and were super close to the bus stop. And it was blissfully empty. I’d definitely rent DVC points again.
We have rented DVC points for every trip over the last ten years (six trips total), and it really has been ideal. We pay moderate prices for deluxe accommodations - more space, better proximity to parks, kitchen space to save money on food, and better dining options.

Sometimes the saving on the room can more than equal the savings on the package from Disney directly, you can also get discounted tickets through authorized sellers like undercover-tourist to bring down the ticket price a bit. The math worked for us on a trip in 2019, we saved over $1,000 staying at AKL in a 1 bedroom suite. Sorry for being Devil's advocate but seeing the way Disney is going, they will find a way to make renting points from 3rd party resellers even less attractive somehow if they haven't already. Disney does not like it when 3rd parties are benefiting from their product at their expense and they do not get a cut of the action. They went after ADRs resellers way back when so its just a matter of time they go after other resellers profiting from their presence.
I don't know what changed for your editor, but your past few videos have been super jittery. Depending on what editing software they use, that is probably a difference in import/project/export frames rates. I'm a professional editor and wanted to mention it.

Does anyone know if the Polynesian has brought back the Twilight Feast?
Are you asking about the Spirit of Aloha Luau dinner show? If so it is still temporarily unavailable. I hope the bring it back before October when we are going!
@@lynnculbertson3571 No, this is a Room Service meal that is around $60 I believe. It essentially gives a 2 person sampling of the ‘Ohana dinner 🥘
🤦🏻♀️ This should have stayed a secret.... Not everything needs to be shared.
Hello DFB
Hellloo, Ryan! 👋 Hope you have a great day!
@@DFBGuide thank u and I will
I was hoping this one would be kept a secret :(
SAME
Same!
They do the same thing for wilderness resorts
“Most beautiful theming in the world.” Ummm…maybe in Orlando. Hardly the world.
Number one way to save Money At Disney! DON'T GO.
Noooooo don’t give the secrets away!!!!!! Now dvc will be expensive!!!!!! Lol 😂
I don't know what changed for your editor, but your past few videos have been super jittery. Depending on what editing software they use, that is probably a difference in import/project/export frames rates. I'm a professional editor and wanted to mention it.
I don't see any benefit to staying on property anymore. Save more money by staying Off property.
A Disney hotel trick that could save you hundreds is to NOT stay at Disney hotels. Total ripoff.
Saving money and Disney in the same sentence 😂 please, do me a favour 👎😂.
My tip to save THOUSANDS!
Go elsewhere.
LOL! Renting DVC points is hardly a secret. What y'all smokin' over there at DFB? I believe this vid is just an excuse to promote David's. Gimme a break.
⚔🕵♂️🕵🕵♀️🔮🎶
Am I first?
Yesh
🥇🥇🥇
I just started watching these videos a few months ago. Our family is getting ready for our first Disney world trip and I can’t thank you enough for all the awesome info on your videos. I would definitely be lost without DFB!!!
My tips for saving money: Tip #1: Don't book any over-priced Disney hotel; patronize the local hotels instead. Tip #2: Don't go to overcrowded Orlando at all; there are so many other places to vacation.
Come on now !!! DVC perks are wayyy more than hotel rooms lol. Free parking at any DVC resort?! Moonlight Magic?! Plus the all around clout?!
Sure you can rent points but, that backpack is for real players lol, no fakes aloud
@WDW Max hey max! Nice find on my comment. Always watching AJ
I can save you many thousands...stop going to Disney. Disney = Rip Off Railroad.
Don't post any video agen
