  • The mouth is the first port of call for any oral disease, with about 90% developing at least one condition such as gingivitis or diabetes-induced bruxism ( tooth grinding). Patients with chronic conditions are more prone to oral diseases because they may not brush their teeth or visit the dentist regularly. These individuals also tend not floss often enough, which can lead them into serious dental problems like gingivitis and tooth decay in general if left untreated.
