So true! And definitely something I need to remind myself more often. I’ve been made redundant 3 times so now has have lots of anxiety around work that leads to me working above and beyond ALL THE TIME! It’s something I’m going to tackle through the CBT though so fingers crossed I can get a handle on that. Dentist’s visit was fine, felt a bit drained afterwards but otherwise OK xx

I had a root canal last year whilst trying to do an assignment! I know how you feel. The numbness only last a few hours but defo feels weird when drinking and eating. Well done with everything x
I was counting the minutes for the numbness to go, my appointment was just before lunch and I was so hungry by the time I could eat haha! Did yours go smoothly? I had a bit of live root left which was not fun one bit! Gotta hope its dissolved before the filling goes in 🤞🤞🤞🤞

I mentioned to mine last Monday that I was struggling with my MH & just wanted to finish something before I took any more on. He said no problem & then dumped a project on me on 3 days later (due early next month), followed by another urgent piece of work the next day, 15 minutes before I was due to finish & due the same day 🤦🏼♀️ xx

The spare change is just groceries left over now. There used to be more change from other pots that went in there too but we don’t have as many pots now, so I might think about removing it tbh and just move the change straight from Groceries to family meal. We rarely have any more than a £1 left in Groceries by the end of the week x
