- The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band (also known as The Bonzo Dog Band & sometimes just “The Bonzos” for short) was created by a group of British art-school students in the 1960s. Combining elements of music hall, trad jazz and psychedelic pop with surreal humour and avant-garde art, the Bonzos came to the public attention through a 1968 ITV comedy show, Do Not Adjust Your Set.
1:11 One of the best guitar solos of all time. R.I.P. Neil 💙🦆
Eric Clapton parody.
Good music never gets old! thanks for the post
I agree about the guitar solo, magnificent. Bonzos were amazing.
I wish the 60s could have gone on forever , best time to be alive, thank you God
It as, just George Wallace has taken over
Looks like a early rendition of What if "Monty Python's Flying Circus," were a rock band...sweet essence of Giraffe.😂🦒
Neil Innes went on to be the main musical force of The Rutles, formed with Eric Idle.
Hilarious 😂😂😂 😂😂😂

@@smoocifilms6169 Why does George Harrison's wife call him "Billy"? ua-cam.com/video/bO1Q8qkVf6c/v-deo.html
Bro I'm his grandson I can tell you he ain't Paul, sorry lad
Harry Stanshall Vivian wasn’t a real person until your grandfather took over Bill Shepherds role in the 70s. I played with Bill in the early sixties.
Exactly. Ammmazing similarity
真剣にふざけてるのが良い!www
Its an alternate version.
The British Mothers of Invention
Very similar indeed
@@marguskiis7711 except that the Mothers of Invention was 90% the brain child of Frank Zappa, whereas the Bonzos were a bit more of a co-operative effort.
British Spike Jones
Like a low-tech Devo.
This is Beat Club and the band are miming.
duh
Viv is wearing a fake nose.
More than just a nose.
Best band made up of various art students. But that would arguably wake it worst as well. But this proves not all 60's stuff was great!
You don't believe this was deliberate, as in serious?
@@paulluchter137 Deliberate as in a novelty act.
is this band playing today
Yes, the singer is 'Paul McCartney'.
