That fuel rail return is because the fuel galley in the head is dead-headed. The fuel comes from the tank to the filter/regulator assembly, then excess fuel is routed to the tank. The low pressure (75psi or so) fuel is fed to the galleys in the heads, which distribute it to the injectors. This kit completes the circuit back to the fuel filter/regulator assembly.

When you got the ported compressor housing (ported anything in a boosted application) will lower boost because boost is a measurement of the restriction of air in the intake. So when you went from stock to the ported it was less of a restriction of air therefor less boost
C'mon guys, he's not getting the Senna. A) The insurance company is going to try to recoup as much money as possible, which means sending it to auction. And that's only after the entire investigation is complete. 2) It'll probably go for well north of $500k, maybe closer to $750k and while Fred is cool and all, I can't imagine him being in a position to purchase a totalled exotic for more than what his house and all of his cars put together are worth. And no bank would give a title-secured loan to purchase a salvage title car. D) Where exactly would he get the endless number of parts needed to repair it? This car is newly released, there aren't parts cars floating in junkyards and I would guess the vast majority of the parts needed aren't even available from the factory yet. Makes for a neat idea, but it's just not reasonable or practical.
To fix the flicker on the dash and stuff, you can change the shutter speed of your camera. Electronics like lights usually work at around 60Hz, so make you to record away from 60Fps, and it will not flicker. And don't do stuff that goes into 60, like 30, because it will derp there too.

Ahhh the good ol 7.3 powerstroke! The best diesel ford ever made!
Would you ever build someone a car if they paid you and for the parts kinda digging the knowledge this guy has👀👀
it would take him 2 months and 8 videos to change your oil.
@@Alex0992 aye as long as he fills the oli with knowledge we might be ok😂😂
nice video, I have a nice 1/2 ton, but now you make me want a big old 3/4 ton to play with.
First! (On another note awesome truck. I've been searching for an old diesel truck)
I’ve got a 1999 f-250 for sale in texas
Tavarish the king of procrastination 🔥❤
Been waiting for a minute
I rebuilt every thing above the valley. I replaced all my glow plugs. My buzz test went well for my my existing injectors. HPOP, rebuilt. Modified fuel bowl restrictions-deleted. Turbo pedestal modification, Delete EBP. Rewired my sensor harness from one end to the other, all by my lonesome. Rebuilt my turbo and modified my compression wheel. Reset my wheel to specs myself no outside help needed. Replaced all my pressure sensors, timing, etc.. All new sensors. HPOP hose modification, upgrade. New valve cover harnesses. New Low pressure oil pump. New harmonic balancer. 212 ft. lbs. WOW! New fan clutch hub and new water pump. water pump nut = 98 ft. lbs. All new A/C system radiator, condenser, evaporator core, dryer, tube filter, High and low side r134a hoses. New bulldog water coolant reservoir and filter. Fuel pressure gauge and water temperature gauge under the hood. New fuel tank level switch, in tank filters, Fuel pump and secondary oil filter modification. New in dash lights. Above all, a new PCM! Reset my transmission shifting to my foot. Note: a new PCM will require a degree of research to get every thing in proper running order. Runs like new! I forgot the new Power steering pump. High dollar batteries and new upgraded cables. You got it! I love my 2002 f350 7.3 powerstroke!
Road trip to go get Salomondrins Senna.
Glad you can finally give the truck the love it needs. Now dyno that bad boy!
Great vid...but those aren’t downpipes....their up pipes...
Yeah. I just got my 97 f350 back with a new tranny and my 5 inch exhaust. And they were calling my up pipes down pipes.
Ha wow. I guess if you wanna get a little more technical, Y-pipes is the norm lol
When you got the ported compressor housing (ported anything in a boosted application) will lower boost because boost is a measurement of the restriction of air in the intake. So when you went from stock to the ported it was less of a restriction of air therefor less boost
"I'm not gonna say it's crazy fast" *I made my truck fast as hell*
Great job on fixing the truck. I am excited you are doing a cross country trip!
It's a another Lamborghini
He got a Lamborghini Murcielago
You've done something to me with your a 2 d listing
Have you seen the car? There is not a chance it goes for anywhere near $750,000. Or $500k
Turbo, injectors, hydra tuner, have gaskets on hand, lil bit bigger valve springs, 4” turbo back pipe and an intake.
i think you confused "hissing" with "missing".
Glad to see that white elephant get some love. Perfect road trip truck!
Notification squad!
To fix the flicker on the dash and stuff, you can change the shutter speed of your camera. Electronics like lights usually work at around 60Hz, so make you to record away from 60Fps, and it will not flicker. And don't do stuff that goes into 60, like 30, because it will derp there too.
I wonder f350 is good truck for beginner like me
Sam thank you
An f 150 or the "new" ranger
Dont be a wimp. Get the f350
Get a duramax less problems. I'm a cummins guy. But when It comes to the nutt cutting. Duramax lly and lbz are the most reliable. 7.3l are good but they have alot of problems that you dont want to deal with.
HolyGrail 95 like?
Nothing like a 7.3... the 7.3 and 6.7 or 5.9 Cummins are my favorite sounding diesels
7.3 an 6.0 powerstrokes sound nice.best ever.first an second gen 5.9 cummins aswell.these new diesel drive me crazy.i hate how quite they are.i have a 14 powerstroke an a 15 duramax.both 5 inch striat pipes.they sound good but nothing like those old diesels do.
What you think about the 6.8 gas f350 ?
Try to get a lexus waiting for supra!!!
My 7.3 with the GTP38R and more-or-less same mods (I have an intake) hits 30psi at 4200ft elevation with the 80HP DP-Tuner tune, when conditions are good. On average it's 25-27psi. The intake was worth 2psi on the top end.
10:34
I saw the evo 😏
Husam Salhi it’s not his
I NEED more videos of the F350, come on Tavarish... Please?
Dude it is better if you dont hype much about your new project. Viewers will have an high expectation about this and if, somehow, it didn't match what the viewers have imagined, it is gonna create a lot of disappointment.
Also, please don't use that Premiere feature. It is garbage. Just upload a normal video like you usually do.
Its running rich but rolling coal is a normal trend nowadays nice truck tavarish
straight pipe it
It's already straight piped.
oh
you are just to much fun to watch!!!! You almost have me ready to buy a 7.3 f350 to tinker with. keep on wrenching!!!!
