@@Liur. it's purely style points because if you look at how that mechanic works as in +flat damage means the ED% on the actual weapon is not even important.. basically it doesn't matter whatsoever if it has ED% or not on the base but to find one 15% ED with 5 open sockets is super rare and to get perfect 40 ias and +400 flat damage is extremely rare therefore trophy material

pvp-trading is dumb. A "good" item is worth multiple high-runes and the same item with like 3 strength less is trash. players act like these items are so godly, they will win every fight, but in the end a good player beats a worse player 9 out of 10 times. The price for these items has no justification.
At what level do you suggest I can start gambling for LLD gear? If LLD is 30 should I gamble when my character is level 26 or near that? Am I off? Those trophies are so sick... my best find has been a 20/15 Griffs and a 30 all resist Mara’s...:)
My favorite item was a perfect eth steel carapace. Idk why. It sucked. But I absolutely loved the way it looked on a barb. Two duel zero axe botd axes. Eth zodded barb helmet. Forgot the name. But that was my favorite build.
the LLD jewel 20ed def 6/9 sold for 15,000fg. I think the Dazer Ring was 70,000fg+. the lld assa amulet is 3000fg+. This amulet and Bui's lld claw are clear trophies. the only thing missing from the claw is mindblast (DF+LS+MB optimally from 1 claw).
Also some gems may not be great for your character, but it may suffice in your merc's gear until you can get better...when I first started playing D2 back in the day, some of most sage advice I ever got was simply: "Give your merc better gear than you have. They'll survive longer."

I don't know that there is an info graphic or list of rules or anything for it but what I've gathered watching coooley for some time now is that each point on a piece of jewelry is a well rolled desirable mod. It 19cr was just barely considered 1 point, so something like 15cr roll would have been a half point. 6 well rolled desirable stats would be the fabled 6 point ring and I've maybe found 1 or 2 of them in my entire diablo career lol

I found an ethereal Steel Carapace from Baal. Not super amazing item compared to runewords, but it's super rare and feels trophy-ish to me. 2611 defense and has self repair.
100% these pvp'rs are not MF'ing this gear. No way are they farming it themselves. In fact, I doubt they do much farming at all. At least not, by hand.
Keep getting inconstant behavior from Extra Fast, Cursed enemies in Hell; Has cost me 2 lvl 80 Paladins and feels like old fashioned server lag...Makes it hard to get higher runes.
@@JobyD2 your barb have the goldfind, and merc is your killer. GF barb use act2 merc with botd and forti, there is also no goldfind on it, now you can choose act5 vs act2 merc, and act5 is stronger in life and def , it have atleast the same killspeed sometimes faster/slower. Need more test but It feels for me better, sadly I dont have many time this days
@@MrBalint0203 You want as much gold find as possible, merc can carry a lot of gold find as well. You don't need crazy damage to kill trav in hell, best to use wealth armor cornw of thieves helm.
@@JobyD2 forti is must sadly this is personal experience after some hundred runs. Just check other videos and streamers, all use forti, without that its just a pain in the ass. Forti is double up the dmg
I am still just wishing that they would fix the servers on D2R pre expansion. Since release we can not see eachothers games and has been impossible to play with others w/o discord. No one gives a shit and classic has pretty much died off at this point from being ignored.
