Wow! Wonderful to see a doctor who doesn't want to give synthetic hormones or even remove all or most of the affected ovaries helping women to heal naturally! Would that i'd known these things when i was a 19 year old newlywed in severe pain. I went on the pill for awhile, but i wanted children. Ended up having 3/4 of each ovary removed at 19, back when that surgery was a major surgery with a bikini cut. I was a slender, very solid, muscular young woman, and i'm still very thin with allot of other physical issues related to a spinal injury in 1988. I was told after that bilateral ovarian wedge resection that if i wanted to have children, i should try as soon as i healed. HalleluYah, i have raised 3 sons and have 8 biological grandchildren! I'm a mess physically now because of neuropathy, but i'm so grateful for my progeny, and that i was able to conceive. I still have fine hair on the sides of my face, and now have visceral fat that won't go away along with very low energy, used to be on metformin as well, and weaned myself after changing my diet years ago..but at 62 and being in constant pain because i can't find anything natural that helps, these are minor concerns to me lol. Thank you all so much for this and all of your amazing videos!
does pcos have mast histamine issues? seem people are showing up with more issues and wonder if mold or parasites and gut plays a HUGE factor??? heavy metals ?
Great questions! PCOS can have various underlying factors, and histamine issues, mold, parasites, gut health, and heavy metals can all play a role in some cases. It's a complex condition, and individual factors may vary.
Thanks for the amazing information Regarding lh elevation You mentioned it's caused by elevation of testosterone Isn't it because there is no ovulation? High lh low fsh would strongly appreciate your reply since so far from the many doctors I learned you are my hero
Interesting! I probably have it. :-( I have just started eating a huge protein rich breakfast/lunch at 11:00 am, and it's finally keeping me full throughout the day. I eat dinner at 5:00 pm and my last fruit at 8:00 pm. I'm also doing the FMD and IF.
Wow, i KNEW i needed bioidentical hormone replacement. I also reached premature menopause at 45. I'm sure it's got something to do with my current condition. Unfortunately, i ended up disabled at 29, so only working 10 years landed me on SSI and Medicaid, which won't cover alternative treatments. So i'm not on any hormone therapy, and never was. Can you please spell the form of inositol the doctor is talking about? I've not heard of this one, and was taking a choline and inositol supplement. Glad to hear that taking NAC is helpful. Been doing that, too. Can you share any dosage information on these supplements? Thank you so much.
Dr. Gersh recommends Myo-inositol. Follow label instructions to determine the proper dose of a supplement, or consult a doctor for personalized advice.
