The stage is just way too small for them haha (More specifically Aaron). I feel like they're getting to a point where they've done the songs so many times, there's no real drive to put on a show, or maybe it was just the venue. But this actually kinda made me sad and seemed lack-luster for mwy. I feel like I would have been slightly disappointed if I was there and they whipped this song back out, there's just no energy for such a sacred piece haha. But again, time has probably taken it's toll on the song and he's probably so far removed from the lyrics. Either way, glad you captured it. It's crazy to think we played on the same stage.
concerts aren’t for you to watch them on your phone. they’re for the people who are there to enjoy the music in the moment. being there to sing along is the entire point.
