Thank you so much for this video! I never truly understood Celiacs disease and FODMAP intolerance until I watched this video!
This video has made me think that instead of an intolerance I should seek testing for actual celiac. I get joint pain and inflammation all over when i have wheat. It’s not that I don’t have intestinal discomfort, but it’s more if a whole system malfunction not just my bowels. Good listen!
Those who are allergic to gluten also get allergies to lactose. Gluten destroys your gut as you cannot produce the enzyme lactase which breaks down lactose in the milk. blood test it turned out that I do not have celiac disease but I felt better when I stopped eating wheat and drinking beer that is made of barley. I got stronger muscle and stronger gut. I have also stopped using omega 6 oil as corn. I hope it can help others ! and thanks to your video.
What makes people susceptible to gluten??? Genetic?? HLA DQ 2 / 8??
Good!
sir, what applications are you using in creating your videos? very nice explanation, btw :D
Thanks
Hi Atheer.
Will you watch my video and tell me what you think. It's on UA-cam.
Search my name: dusty jann
and my Celiac video is there. Thank you so much.
There is also gluten “type of protein in barley, oats, rye and even corn.
Hi Jamie. Can you watch my video and tell me what you think. Its on UA-cam.
Search my name: dusty jann
and my Celiac video is there. Thank you so much.
I have relieved my cardiac sarcoidosis and atrial fibrillation by ceasing gluten. I tried eliminating FODMAPS, TO no avail.
CRP normalized with very strict gluten free. Brain fog abated somewhat.
I continued to have some atrial fibrillation.
I went strictly dairy free and ESR went from 52 down to normal, as well as resolution of lung "non caseiting granullomas" the hallmark of SARCOIDOSIS.
That was 6 years ago.
Touch wood.
Good video, but I think you could have made it clearer what the difference is from how the body functions normally. For celiac disease I've gathered that it's a higher prominence of specific antibodies. But I don't understand why only some people experience the issues with FODMAPS while others don't. I can guess that it is a higher prominence of specific bacteria, but I do know that everyone has bacteria in the intestines so it's a bit confusing, and for the osmotic pressure I really don't understand why some would experience more issues with that than others.
Ok so from some googling I've gathered that it's caused by a lack of enzymes to break down the FODMAPs?
