Did you notice you notice any difference between the top speed of the bikes and the torque between the 3 ? I am interested in the boxxbike because of the pedal, I want to have a bike and a eletric mountain bike to have fun and go to work. Also what you think about the Ubco FRX-1 with pedals ? Hey Pedro, If you want a stealthy bike, you cant beat the Boxxbike or a SEM (check those out as well). They are all geared for mountain / off road riding so top speed is not what I am after. The Sur Ron or Drill One would be the fastest if you put a 42 tooth sprocket on them. I have not had the chance to try out a FRX-1 yet so cant comment.
Even shipped to the USA, a similar boxxbike set up wasn’t 10k with shipping in usd! 14k motor, suntour/dnm, pedal assit , extra sprockets and chains, $9340
Really hope Drill can work out the low speed power delivery. For the price they are asking the bike really needs to be a cut above the competition in that respect.
Hey mate, I have been working on a new tune for the Drill One and have gotten about 30% more power out of the bike. It is a major improvement over what a stock one feel like. In addition to that, the V3 of the new bikes coming out will be running a slightly different motor that has in built hall sensors that will ensure torque off the line is as brutal as you want it to be.

What spring rate are you using in the Sur Ron, on the VIvid R2C shock? I have the same one on order.
I got a 500lb on mine and its pretty good. Its heaps better than the stock offering!

Or would it better to get the ktm freeride electric... would would your professional opinion
If road riding the KTM probably, if off road the Drill is good but a build up / moified SurRon (built by EBMX) is awesome as well.
Does drill one have a supermoto option... or do you have to it yourself
they are off road bikes, so you would just need to get supermoto wheels made up for it yourself
