I do wish he could've been a little more like the nihilistic serial killer he is in the comics, and Arkham games. But I do love this version of Zsasz a lot, and it does help people find out about a very underrated batman villain.
I've been reading Batman comics for like 20 years now, and as much as a lot of hardcore fans like to shit on this show, I loved it. Yeah some things didn't work, but their version of some of the villains was so good. This is probably my favorite version of Zsasz ever.
Foreal. They went with a more realistic(as realistic as possible) and grounded. And alot of these villians were just starting out i think they did an amazing job
Even the whole arc of the Joker was well executed and full of plot twists, from the Red Hood until the Valeska twins. That character had more plots than a Ryan Johnson's movie. And about realism... I liked it, many DC (and Marvel) heroes and villians have fantastic backgrounds, this series reimaginates them in a unique form. My problem may be with Alfred, who is now some kind of superhero at his own, a mix of James bond and MacGuyver, but I understand he was portrayed in this way in order to protect an impulsive Bruce. Edit: I don't know why I wrote "Reynolds" instead of "Johnson"...
Easily my favorite version of Zsasz. Yeah, the comic/video game version of him is far more grounded in reality and that's what makes him a terrifying and abhorrent monster but I can't get enough of this version of Zsasz. He's too hilarious and clearly the actor had a ball playing him.
What I love about Victor is that he breaks that stereotype where mob bosses are insanely ambigious with their orders and underlings are always understanding them. He always asks to be sure.
yes but only the Gotham version, because he was young he became more evil and less funny later down the road People don’t understand this They think that Victor was always this way but he became way more evil and serious later He stops making jokes and was a complete psychopath
Never watched Gotham but i watch Barry and Anthony is absolutely brilliant on it. Watching this made me realize how much he brings to the character. This guys comedic timing is amazing. We need more of this guy. Hes amazing.

I was so bored of Gotham by the start of S2 but I kept watching it because I loved Victor so much. His funny scenes never felt forced, he’s honestly hilarious
Yes he is I like him too but he’s only funny in the Gotham series only the Gotham version, because he was young he became more evil and less funny later down the road People don’t understand this They think that Victor was always this way but he became way more evil and serious later He stops making jokes and was a complete psychopath
That scene with Zsasz and Penguin in the kitchen, blackmailing that guy into leaving Gotham is one of my favourite scenes. Didn't expect him to turn out to be one of my absolute favourite characters of the show.

Victor Zsasz is easily one of my favourite characters. I feel like maybe they should have added more scenes of him carving his tally marks, honestly that scene in his first episode was the best life acted Zsasz ever in terms of what his character is supposed to be like, but I really love him as this funny adorable killer too. 😊
yes but only the Gotham version, because he was young he became more evil and less funny later down the road People don’t understand this They think that Victor was always this way but he became way more evil and serious later He stops making jokes and was a complete psychopath
He was a really cool dude, he talked about what it's like to have Alopecia (that's why he doesn't have hair, he doesn't have ANY hair on his entire body) and then I told him about what I want to do in the future, college, job etc (I want to be on broadway, I am a theater actor) and he said i have a good plan and trajectory.
Honestly, almost every character (bar 2 or 3) constantly duke it out for who's my favorite in this show. Every time Zsasz comes on screen though, my day would just be brightened. I just knew whatever he said was going to be GOLD.
Gotham's Victor Zsasz is basically that one kid in everyone's class who can solve every problem, be it a question or otherwise, but is too lazy to do so.
This version of Zsasz is too likeable it almost makes you forget that he's an evil heartless sadistic killer.
This was before he became that.... I'm guessing.
He's young here, there's no Batman.... So yeah probably something happened to him down the road
I love it it makes it so much more believable
I know. I would've murdered him several times if he wasn't this charming.

Victor is really the most polite assassin
Expect for knocking he does seem to know to knock
zsasz and 47 are the best assassins
For some reason he reminds be of the Gorillaz
@@Lucas-be5so there’s just something about bald people that make them lovable contract killers

watch barry hes even funnier as noho hank

well when he's played by NoHo Hank from Barry, of course he'll be your favorite

Couldn't agree more. Zsasz, Scarecrow, Madhatter, Mr Freeze - I think they are very good portrayed. Not to mention Penguin and Riddler - masterpiece!

He is certainly the most entertaining and has a lot of personality to his character to say the least.
@@MrlspPrt Alfred's always kinda been like that. There's a reason Bruce Wayne needs no bodyguards, and it's not because he's Batman.
He makes being a psychopath and maniac look cool and fun😂

All scenes with Victor Zsasz, are the best of Victor Zsasz. I'd watch a spin off centered around Zsasz.
We should have pengun in it with Riddler cameo
But it has to be this one
I think that would ruin him
because he's best in small proportions
My husband laughs that I never call it Gotham, & instead refer to it as The Victor Zsasz Show.
i would not oppose to him having his own spin-off show

Also with the new show
Victor Zsasz is the perfect partner for Penguin.
gotta love victor zsaz, he has the smirky responses. Plus you always know theres something going down or its going to get real when he shows up.

So much better than the Birds of Prey Zsasz!
Zsasz from TBP was a huge misunderstanding..
We need a dark Zsasz
TBP zsasz was kinda sus
Actually he was way more comic accurate behaviour wise in bop
He just didn't do anything
Victor really is one of the few villains that I think I could get along with. I also love milkshakes
Zsasz walked so Noho Hank could run

A criminally underused character.
Zsasz in this show was perfectly nailed on the wall this is the victor zsasz we need not the murderous psychopath without any personality.
the best version of Zsasz ever, hands down. just facts.
Even though he didn't have a very big role compared to other characters such as jim Gordon, he was my favourite.

he’s the definition of professionals have STANDARDS
